My daughter's hair was almost to her butt she told Lauren she wanted it right below her breast area and showed her with her hands exactly where she wanted it. She started in the back and my daughter instantly was very upset with how short it was another worker said the back is always shorter but the front would lay where she wants it so we calmed down. When she got done with my 16 year old daughters hair it was at her shoulders my daughter CRIED was literally bawling her eyes out in the salon and has been crying for several hours because of how short her hair is! I have been waiting for the manager to call me back and she hasn't yet! We will not let this go!

And don't let them responding to this make you think that they make things ridge because they don't do anything. It's December 20th today and my daughter is still very upset about her hair

Both workers were rude and judgemental. Neither wanted to be there. I called ahead asking if they would be open, and they stated they would be closing at 3, the posted hours said both 4 and 5 depending on where you look, so I asked. I arrived around 2: 30, one lady rolled her eyes while with her client and the other gave attitude and commented negatively on my hairstyle— she literally was the person who cut it originally to be that way.she knicked me behind my ear, and my fade was uneven, all I needed was cleaned up FOR A WEDDING, but she manages to make a mess of that. Additionally, she didn't even hold a mirror up for the back, no powder, nothing. Just rude banter, buzzed and blew the hair onto the floor, and then done. Total vibe killing experience. It's okay though, CostCutters fixed my hair and they did it at no charge. I will never be back to your location.

Yesterday I visited great clips for my haircut. The price is reasonable but I asked her to do layer cut but she did straight cut. I was disappointed. If u guys dono how to do tell it we will somewhere else. Thank you:)

I’ve lived in this area now for 5 years. I found this shop when I was shopping at Walmart. All the ladies are very professional and always give a great haircut along with conversations. 5 stars all Day.

My son went to get a hair cut. He had a coupon. He said e wanted his hair cut. They trimed the back and left the rest. He looks the same. Then they charged him the full price not the coupon price. I'm not happy at all.

Went in and asked for a hair trim ($8.00). Wanted bare minimum cut off all around just to clean up my hair. Cut my hair and left parts at different lengths, completely forgetting to trim the sides of my hair leaving everything uneven. Then after completion, they charged me for a full haircut ($17.00) even though I made it clear I wanted a trim.
