Great Clips, Centerville OH

Usually, I have good experiences with great clips, which makes me sad to have to post this. I walked in and the lady didn't even say hi or anything just said are you Corey? I said yes and went back with her. She asked me about the Ohio state game, and I responded and then there was silence for the rest of the haircut. She soaked my hair and rapidly scissored away, which is fine, but then when she was done, she completely skipped blowdrying my hair. I mean I literally had a clump of hair on my forehead. She just said you're all set and waited for me to get up. I was pretty hesitant but got up anyway and paid her. I'm not sure if I'll revisit this particular location anytime soon.

My experience was horrible the stylist took less than 5 minutes to cut my hair, my hair was cut so uneven and she cut a bald spot in my hair and she didn’t do anything close to what I wanted I am never coming back here ever.

The barber who cut my son's hair did a GREAT job; the best I've seen on him in years. Only reason the rating isn't higher is because the barbers kept complaining about not being busy the whole day and then getting busy when they want to close and go home. Very unwelcoming. It did start with another customer pointing it out, but it sure made the experience uncomfortable.

I go to Hillary at this Great Clips. She knows just what my hair needs in a cut every time.

Only go here if you’re a gambler. I’ve gotten my hair cut here probably a dozen times because it’s close to home, at least once by all except a single stylist. I’ve only ever gotten a decent haircut 3 times. Out of those only 2 were good experiences because during the third the employee spent her time belittling and making fun of me out loud with her coworker while cutting my hair. I can’t justify coming back here and paying for haircuts that I wind up having to fix myself roughly 75% of the time. I’ve had great experiences at other Great Clips locations, just not this one.

We have been using Great Clips for 19 years. Jessica is the best and I will never use another stylish. Jessica and her staff are out going, friendly, kind and always make you feel welcome.

Poor son. 16 years old and he asked for a 4 on sides.she used a 1. Bad experience but sure it will be better next time.

Marlena always does a wonderful job on my hair and always does what I want with my haircut and is very friendly. I recommend booking with her:)

Always short on staff. Too much drama all I want is a haircut. I don't want to hear about you guy's talking negative about your employees.
