My haircut was horrible. I showed a picture of my previous haircut and she said she can't do that because that's professional haircut. And indeed I got a very unprofessional haircut

Took my neighbor to get his haircut this morning as soon as they opened and I had to run into kroger really quick to get one thing and as soon as I came out and went back to get him he was sitting in the chair done. Literally 2 minutes. His hair didn't even look cut. The two girls already had two other customers in their chairs cutting their hair. So we had to wait until they were completely done with them to pay. He was upset but didn't want to say anything. I mean his hair still looked messy even. It was such a terrible job but he wouldn't let me say anything. I advise people not to go here as they don't seem to care about the job they do. We will go to super cuts in Dillonvale from now on and it's a dollar cheaper anyway.

Worst experience I had with the great-clips. I went in for haircut and I said scissor cut. But she had no patience and done with trimmer and literally my haircut was done in 3min.
I will never go back to great-clips again.

I booked a reservation on line, I got there and they told me my name didnt pop up, they told me to sign in and to take a seat. Three people walked in and then I was pushed to the end of the line, when I asked one of the ladies told me that I had to wait 30 mnts. Never was an effort made to accomodate my hair cut since I did show that I had sign in on line. Very bad custommer service, never going back. Maybe because I went in at 6: 10 and they close at 7: 00 p.m thats why there wasnt any effort made.

Tara knocked it out of the park. As a hair stylist myself I can attest to her accuracy on womens cuts

Some of the stylists are lazy and are rude. I got denied for a wash bc one stylists said she doesn’t wash hair. I asked multiple times to speak with the manager she’s never there.poor customer service.it’s very dirty they don’t clean up the salon.did I been in there a couple times and seen one stylist actually trying and doing her job correctly I think her name is Brianna. If I go back there again I only let her touch my hair.

Good thing the app tells you the estimated wait. Today Tashia cut my hair, she was very nice, gentle and professional, she did a magnificent job.
