Love going to this location. It’s always clean and the employees are pleasant to be around. Overall a great atmosphere. Ray is amazing. I request him for my son‘s hair every time we go.

The cigarette butcher did an amazing job on mine and my partner's. I will be returning.

I have been going here since we moved to Columbus. Stephanie does a great cut, asks what I want, gives suggestions and is always pleasant and professional.

Always get my hair cut at this location, this visit 10/3/23 was the worst ever. I was told 40 mins 1hr and 15 mins later still waiting, one lady kept disappearing between cuts and just standing around

I normally have a great experience at this location. Today I had a gentleman cut my hair and was terrible. First, he reeked of cigarettes, something I was trying to deal with by holding my breath. Second, he messed up my hair. My top and bangs were supposed to be scissor cut and he decides to use clippers and a comb on my bangs. He butchered one side and called it done, giving me a mirror asking me what I thought. When I told him he butchered it, he didn't discuss anything, he just dove right in and butchered the other side of my bangs without saying a word. Honestly the worst haircut experience I've had in my life. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else to have someone try to salvage the butchery this guy did to my hair.

You absolutely HAVE to go to Brittany S. She does an amazing job and I have been going to her for YEARS!

I have been a very satisfied Great Clips customer for over 25 years. I am very pleased with the haircut I receive from Brittany at this location. Just wish discounts or coupons were available.

I’m a guy and I went to get a haircut. I usually buzz the sides and back and keep the front long. The guy started cutting my hair and asked if I still buzzed the sides and I said yes. So it seemed like he had notes from a previous haircut that was in the system. I assumed he had notes about what to do to the top/front as well. He proceeded to buzz the sides. When it was time for the front he sprayed water all over my hair it was dripping in my face so I closed my eyes. As my eyes were closed he just started chopping off everything in the front. I shot my eyes open in a panic but the damage was already done. He didn’t ask any questions about what I wanted and just made it way too short. I probably should’ve said something but there was no point. Very disappointed. Who gives a haircut without asking the client what they want? I look dumb and now I gotta live like this for the next couple weeks.

Took me in right away even though there was a line. Cut my hair exactly as I asked. In and out, on my way.

Brittany gave me a morning cut and despite the short staff she was payient enough to detangle my daughter's har for 2.5 hours

I had a great experience. I do a terrible job of explaining how I want my haircut to look. But my stylist did a great job in spite of that. She had a great attitude and very pleasant personality.
