Great Clips, Massillon OH

I checked in online, got to great clips and they said it would be 5 minutes. Waited 30 minutes as stylist after stylist finished the haircut they were working on and disappeared around the corner. If they were going to break they shouldn’t tell customers it’s a 5 minute wait.

I only go to great clips and always love my hair they r always very professional and friendly

I have been getting my haircut at this location ever since this store opened they HAD great staff before but im not sure what happened. Today I think may be the last time going to this location. She cut my hair in like 5 minutes and was the worst haircut I ever got. Time to bring some good staff back that care about the customers. My hair isn't even at all lots of stragly ends, Not too happy

Nice long standing location. Maybe the most consistent, quality cuts amongst the few great clips in the area!

I’ve used Ava the last 2 times I’ve been there and she is amazing.
Ava looks up the style I want and makes it look great.
I’ll definitely go back again.

My husband went in for a simple haircut today and came out looking like a blind person cut his hair. It was not blended, left side of his head looks like a completely different cut than the right side. Obvious that this person has no business cutting hair, as I could have done a better job myself which is embarrassing to say considering these people claim to have gone to school for this profession. How embarrassing for you great clips,
If you’re looking to get anything done to your hair I highly recommend going anywhere else where they care about what they do.
And as I see all the bad reviews of this place get the same generic response, the best thing you can do great clips is stop letting inexperienced or ready to retire and clearly blind people cut hair. If I could have given you no stars I would, you definitely don’t deserve even 1.

Updating my review 2/24/23 from 10 months ago…great clips strikes again. My husband (who should have remembered how awful this place is) last minute decided to get his hair cut. Awful doesn’t even begin to describe it. Now we will have to pay another fee to get it fixed. Do yourself a favor and NEVER let anyone at this salon cut your hair unless you’d like it to look as it a 3 year old cut it. Absolutely disgraceful great clips.

From time I sat down to walking out was less than 10 mins. Haircut was perfect, left a really good tip.

Fine hair cut for $18 walk-in. A little expensive for my needs but never the less positive experience.

I've been getting my haircut here for years. I'm a vet and liked that they offered a military discount. Well sometime last year they said they no longer offered the discount. Thought to myself no biggie, continued to get cut there. But lately I've gotten 2 bad cuts in a row choppy scissor cuts on bangs and the top of my head not even blended correctly. Mentioned it to her she tried to fix but nah. Going else where too many new people that don't know how to cut hair. I can do a better job on my friends hair with not one class.

Love this place! They always have enough staff that wait times are minimal. My grands love their cuts every time.

It was kind of busy but the wait was short. I'm not picky when it comes to hair, I wear a hat 95% of the time. The stylists are very friendly and make sure you're comfortable. The prices are reasonable and they have discounts regularly.

Super quick, affordable hair cuts! I've never waited more than a couple minutes to get in.

Just had my 15 year old grandson to Massillon Market place Great Clips and he is in tears. The lady who cut his hair did a horrible job! She did not listen to what he asked for and made a mess! If someone is asked to do something they are not capable of doing, they should ask for help! He now has to go to school with a hideous cut that I can only describe as an “Amish bowl cut”. And to top it off, the entire “wedge” is so crooked! So we will not return, ever!

Walked in and the place reeked of weed. The stylist all looked like the crawled out of bed. No one was smiling. I walked right back out. Will not be returning.
