I drive 20 plus minutes and pass at least 50 different salons that I could go to but I always go to this great clips! I have a three year old and an almost two year old (It’s very hard to cut his hair) Susan always cuts my sons hair perfectly and exactly how I want it, he adores her! As soon as we pull up he knows where we are and gets so excited to see her and get his hair cut! My almost two year old is very difficult, he screams and cries the entire time and I have to hold him down. Krissy is absolutely amazing with my son! She is fast and cuts his hair perfectly! I swear that women has the patience of a saint! I highly recommend this great clips! Everyone is so friendly and understanding when it comes to a very fussy little boy! Thank you Susan and Krissy! You both are the best!

I am always skeptical about going to a chain style hair salon. But my mind was swiftly changed after going to this location. Radhika did a terrific job on my hair. Will come back for her to cut my hair again! Thank you Radhika!

Using their app to check in, I have never had to wait more than ten minutes, and rarely is it that long.
Always friendly and cut hair the way they are asked to. I've only had to go back for a re-cut once and that girl (who didn't even know where she was working, as she called it another name.oops) was gone already by my next cut.
Fast, friendly service and always clean. Great with kids also.

Jennifer is the worst stylists I've ever seen very rude wouldn't waste my hard earned money on her. Everyone else is very nice though

I came in asking for curtain bangs and they did not do it the way j wanted them to and maybe I am just not used to it but it doesn’t look right. They also said I needed a trim and after I said I have to brush my hair wet because it’s curly, they started brushing from the top to the bottom basically ripping my hair out and then cut it when it was all frizzy causing my hair to have split ends. They also told me that I have to use heat on my hair to get the curtain bangs to look right even though I can’t use heat on my hair because it’s curly. I am really disappointed and I am not coming back again.

Like the online check-in and the ability to get in and out quickly. However, prices have not only increased (I understand that inflation is real) but a woman's neck trim is being priced as a full haircut. Being in the stylist chair for 6 minutes for a buzz vs 45 minutes for an actual haircut (my personal experience) should be two different prices. Believe me, I know cutting my hair is a process, and I will gladly pay the price as well as give a handsome tip! I'm getting a bit irked though, that a quick razor trim is costing me ~$19, especially when it seems that other chunks of hair are getting cut in the back (end up finding those as I shower afterwards). If I were paying the $7 for a neck trim, I'd be less bothered that there was minimal care taken, because it's quick and cheap. The gals here are perfectly pleasant, but the up-charging of sorts is a bit unnecessary.
