Didn't even wet my hair before cutting. And didn't layer it like asked either. Will not be returning.

Consistently great! My kids always love their hair after. Love the beauticians, and they don't seem to have much turnover. The app is an awesome tool and fairly accurate for planning. For how many heads of hair they must cut a day, it's super clean. The prices are good, especially if your not trying to spend an arm and leg getting a tiny head cut lol. I don't see us going anywhere else, any time soon. $20 including a $5 tip.

Usually a pretty good experience, but I got my hair cut 10/25 and it is by far the worst haircut I've ever had. The lady jud did not fade some parts of my head and it's embarrassing that she is licensed. I now will have to to elsewhere and pay for another haircut just for this to be fixed. Again, most of these people are great, but this last lady was horrible.

The stylist did a great job! Will definitely be back. Wonderful attitude, listen to my wants and did an amazing job. Great cut for the price.

It would be better if they would actually hire help so the wait times weren't so long. Even when there's only 2 people working they talk WAY to much and slows the wait times even more. Bottle line if you do come to the Wadsworth location bring a lunch.

Professional, join waiting list before I leave the house so there is no wait. They do a great job and provide a senior discount. Perfect!

The wait was short for being very busy. Recommend using their call ahead feature. The staff were very friendly and got a good haircut.
