Bern there three times, all three times a different stylist. I was still very pleased as they keep notes on your cut. Even though it may be a little different I was very satisfied think her name is Jess Jessie Jessica I'm not sure but she killed it. Been there 8 years anyone at the same place that long means she's doing something right!

My haircut was done by an untrained worker who was confused and did not know what to do. Then she had to call another worker who fixed the thing. The training activity should not be done/tried on customers.

Took my daughter here for a hair cut, I get cutting a 4 years hair is a tad challenging but there was zero technique when cutting her hair. The stylist was literally grabbing random chunks and cutting, and didn’t even run a brush through it before cutting it. She has ALOT of hair, I asked for it to be cut 3 inches, she took at least 6 off. It was down to her butt, it’s now up to her shoulders. It’s uneven, and the bangs look like someone cut them with their eyes closed. It’s too short to even be fixed do not recommend for kids hair cuts.

I recently had my hair cut and shampooed at this location. The stylist was far more in to talking with her coworkers than me. She cut my hair very short sneezed on me and left me with hair clippings all over my arms neck and clothes with out trying to blow any off. Not a good experience!

Terrible customer service here, we checked in online Linda said there was a about an hour and a half wait so we showed up around that time there was a couple people getting their haircut and then it finally got down to one guy ahead of us and us so he goes up to get his haircut in the meantime three other guys walk in. They called every last one of those three guys up to get their haircut that had showed up way after us and left us still sitting there! The last guy they called up looked at me and said you guys were here ahead of us and I said "yeah I don't know what's going on" the haircut lady had the nerve to tell him that it was a communication error? There was no communication error about anything I don't know what the hell she was talking about so we left and will never ever return!

Have had a couple bad experiences here but the manager is good so never leave a review, I walked in and there were 3 working sitting down, no customers, seemed like a customer being their was annoying to the workers as the place became silent and the other two walked in the back. Simple shave the sides and trim the top from my notes that have been in the system for years. Lady never said another word and was done in about 4 mins. With my tip it was still $20 and when I got to my car I looked in my mirror and had to trim many hairs and the top is very uneven and not to the length I requested, looks like I could go to another place and get a haircut and they wouldn't know I just got one. Sorry, never leave negative posts just not sure the rush when im the only one there, you should take you time and perfect your craft, or at least say hello.

I have been visiitng this branch for 1 year now. I have been GC customer for 8 years, and this one has the most inconsistent service. I have notes for them to follow, and yet I get different treatment on different occasions depending on the personnel. I go there sometimes with my family and we see evidence of that. Same day, same session but entirely different experiences. Frustrating.

My son gets a simple fade. Hair cuts don’t get much easier than that. Yet this location will mess it up every single time. They hire literally anyone that will work. Whether they are actually skilled or not. Avoid this place. Waste of money.

If only it was possible to give negative starts…. Worst experience ever!

The stylist was shown a picture of how the hair should be cut. She must have been having a bad day because she did an absolutely horrible job. When I asked why she didn’t cut it like the picture she said the person in the picture is different that the person getting the haircut. Really? Thanks. I didn’t realize that. She did a great job at showing that she has zero hair cutting skills. Had to ask her to recut my sons hair and she got a terrible attitude with me. The salon was packed and kids were around or else I would have exchanged some very unkind words with her afterwards.

Later found out that same stylist “accidentally” cut (literally drew blood) with a set of clippers and scissors.

I’d check to make sure these people are licensed. I don’t think the person that we dealt with has any training at all in cutting hair or customer service.

I was surprised to get in as quick as I did. The beautician asked me what I wanted after looking at my records and she did as I asked.

Super busy place, check in online to avoid the wait. To the Manager's been there for 20 years you are super nice and cut hair professionaly thank you very much for doing a great job.

We had a great experience today with my boys haircuts. After seeing the same stylist for 14 years, we needed to find someone else to cut our boys hair because she stopped cutting hair. Glad we went there!

I got a hair cut today and it was the worst one I've gotten in years! The girl was more concerned about planning on going out and drinking with her co-workers than my hair cut and completely ruined it

This is the legit worst place ever. They completely screwed up my hair. The curtain bangs i asked for were uneven and just a straight cut across.then on my full head i asked for layers and it’s so choppy.i’ve never had my hair looking this bad.don’t go to this location.they don’t know what they’re doing
