Rushed through hair cut.side burns uneven.didnt clean up back of neck area.didnt feel my business was valued

Sign said they were open so we stopped in about 10 minutes before close. We asked for a quick trim and they said “no we are done for the day. ” Won’t return. Poor customer service. Guess they don’t want business.

Love the online check in.reason for a four, there are a couple gals that really do a great job and I look for them when I go in. But don't always get them.

I had bad haircut before. But this one is so far the worst. Hard to believe how they run business with such bad skill. Avoid it!

Check in online! Then go check In in person. It's the only way to go. All the ladies here do a great job on my boys hair. They are very friendly and can maintain a good conversation with the kids. Sometimes seems short staffed, but stuff happens and the estimates online to.check in are pretty accurate

Never will I go back here, I asked for my hair to be to my neck I walked out with it up by my ears and its not even straight. The back is all jacked up, I thought when I got home it'd look better when I straightend it out nooooo, I don't think nothing could help it. I started crying. The person below me was right just use a weedwacker it'd be a lot better.

Friendly staff only complaint I have is my sideburns were cut at different heights, but I should have checked before I left.

This is a good place to get a haircut. Nothing really wrong with what I've seen. The haircutters are friendly and precise. There's nothing really wrong except the waits can be long even when you do the beforehand sign in. Despite this it's still a good place to get a haircut at.
