5Went on my first bus trip with Great Day to the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn. Had a wonderful time. With so many tours cancelled due to Covid it was awesome to be able to take this excursion. Great service, really fun staff. Look forward to the next time.

We went on your New York City Express this past weekend. The bus was totally uncomfortable. First of all, I personally do not like assigned seats. People should be able to pick where they want to sit. We were seated in the center of the bus and had no leg room. Our knees butted up against the back of the seat in front of us. Our seats did not recline at all. There was no cup holder. No floor board running lights. All of these issues made for a very uncomfortable trip, especially to sleep.
