The doctor with patient concern and understanding the assistant who is caring and let me get my coat because I was cold patient they did an excellent job

I had an emergency for an infection of a tooth and they were able to get me in that morning. Found the problem and came up with a plan to remedy it. Greatly appreciated as I was in a lot of pain.

Easy to schedule. Prompt and on time. Care always cleared first by insurance. Very friendly staff.

Great Expressions is a terrific dental practice, from the front desk to the hygienists and assistants to the dentist. Highly recommend!

QUOTE UN QUOTE, THEN SHE STATED I SHOULD EXTRACT THE TOOTH ON THE BACK SIDE OF PROPOSED IMPLANT, AND GET A BRIDGE, THAT NO IT HAD 50 PERCENT BONE LOSS, NOT TRUE, ALL I NEEDED WAS A INPLANT AND CROWN, ON ONE TOOTH. NOW I, M MISSING THREE, FORTUNATLY ALL IS PAID BY MY BENIFITS. FOUND ANOTHER PROVIDER 47 YR. VET. AGREED IT WAS ALL FOR THE MONEY, AND I, M SUFFERING FOR 14 MONTHS BETWEEN PROCEDURES, SHE, (PARA DONTIST) ALSO WANTED TO EXTRACT TWO OTHER TEETH, STATING CAVITYS TOO SEVER, NOT TRUE. MY NEW PRVIDER PUT ON A BEAUTIFUL NEW BRIDGE, NO PROBLEM! END OF STORY, IS I STILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY NEW IMPLANT TO HEAL, OF WHICH WAS ALL THAT I NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE SPENT THOUSANDS OF BENIFITS MONEY FOR NOTHING UNESARLEY AND AM STILL TOOTHLESS OF THREE FRONT TEETH, TAKE MY WORD FOR IT I SUFFERED ALOT, THANK GOD I FOUND TRUE PRFESSIONAL THAT EXCEPTS MY BENIFITS AND RIGHT DOWN THE STREET TOO! STILL TOOTHLESS THOUGH FOR ANOTHER 4 MONTS UNTIL MY RECENT IMPLANT HEALS, WHICH IS ALL I NEEDED IN THE FIRST PLACE!? ? WHO KNOWS WHY, OTHER THAN JUST FOR THE MONEY.

My husband and I both have had a crown done by them and neither one of the permanent ones fit. We have experienced some slow and sloppy work done by them.

Thank you for offering to fix the issue allegedly caused by a previous staff person. I appreciate the honesty and professional approach to the future dental care needed.

Dont walk RUN from this place. They charged me over $700 for a deep cleaning and antibiotics which is paid in full then 2 months later they sent me another bill for $164. After speaking to them they said sorry it was a billing error, it was coding wrong, and that they would take care of it, meanwhile i am recieving statements from another office in Michigan for the same $164. I called the number on the bill 4 times and left 2 messages with no response. Now it months later and i am still receiving bills from these people. Over a dozen calls to the office on Arlington Ridge and nothing has been done. I have already filed a claim with the BBB and they just ignored it. This is the most inept group of people I have ever had the misfortune to run into. And to you folks at great expressions: before you send me your generic repsponse to reach out to you, I have already done so over a dozen times, you really need to get your act together!

These people are professional sales men. They will try to force a "Deep cleaning" on you. Try not to laugh at them, tell them no, and then leave immediately.

My appointment went very smooth. I was able to get a better understanding of what I needed done and was not scared away with huge out of pocket price. The staff was very kind, energetic, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable through the entire process, thanks to SUTHERLAND and her partner. I was also a able to get scheduled and seen super quick. I will also be able to go to my appointments without missing a lot of work which is awesome. I never been a big fan on going to the dentist or doctors. Great Expressions provided affordable, flexible, and exceptional service.

I wasn’t to happy with my experience on October 3rd. I was asked by the manger if I would like to apply for their Care Credit which is basically a credit card. I have used this service before when I had my Invisalign through Great Expressions so it was no problem. When the manger I asked my income I gave her my income. I reviewed the application that she filled out on my behalf. I seen that she put my income at $1,200.00 which was not the income I gave her she stated that was monthly I told her that was still wrong, she stated that she will correct it. I am an African American woman and have a small business for over 12 year. This was very much discrimination all the way. And trust me I can prove my income. But asked her why can’t I make 6 figures because I’m an African American woman and she was a white women. I do not recommend this dental office at all. The turn over is ridiculous.

They are friendly & answer my questions. Today they got me in and out of the chair quickly, which I appreciate.
Unfortunately I was recommended to remove a silver filling for a crown recently. It has taken 4+ visits @ an average of 2 hrs. Two of the visit were delayed because of the lab not being able to create the crown because the impression wasn’t clear. But I am disappointed in the constant delay

Service was quick, staff personnel pleasant a day Dentist knowledgeable and corned about me as a whole person, not just about my teeth. It was a good experience.

I will never come back here. I’ve never had a cavity in my life and I’ve suddenly needed 6 fillings in the last year. 2 of which fell out and were blamed on me (1 fell out within 5 minutes of leaving the office). The dentist has tried to sell me something every time. The assistants ask me to keep track of my own blood pressure as they walk away and don’t come back. The only good person here is Megan the hygienist. The place was decent until they got a new dentist about a year ago which is when I started having issues with them.
