My experience is always very good! Dr. Smith and the dental hygienist are always gentle, kind and thorough. Chris and Mandy at the desk are very helpful and personable! Love the fact that the atmosphere is one of caring and accommodating.and everyone has a sense of humor, very important in a Dentist office!

Staff and dentists are always incredibly friendly and the facilities are clean. They always have you in and out quickly and are well-prepared.

They always give me good service. And the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I tell everyone to go there.

Went for first visit - Dr.called off, I was notified when I was in their parking lot. Next, first visit, no cleaning, just exam and x-rays, as stated on their website so ok. I was there 45 minutes for this. During this time, I heard a lot of upselling to the person next to me and a lot of upselling to the person after that. Next day go back for cleaning. Person next to me is also there for their 'cleaning'. They did not get a cleaning, only set up for "periodontal scaling plan" only, no cleaning. She declines. My turn next, exact same scenario. NOPE. Scammy used car lot at this place.

One star only for the wonderful receptionist. My first and last visit here to fix a SMALL chip in my front tooth, as my regular dentist is closed and I have an event tonight. Dr said I should actually get a crown and the best he could do is sand it down and it will be barely noticeable. It looks worse than when I came in! I asked him if he could just patch it up and he said “oh that would be gone by this afternoon. ” Funny my regular dentist fixed the same tooth and it lasted for years, has never mentioned needing a crown. What a waste of time and money.

Everyone was so nice. Easy to make appointments. Everything was explained very well. Happy with my choice to come here.

This is literally the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to, and I hate going to the dentist! I’m starting to get over my fear of the dentist!

We were contacted and the previous issues we had were resolved, therefore they get five stars from my family

I personally did not have a problem with them, but my wife (whom I referred) was lied to. This office told her the partial was one price (which she paid) and a couple months later charged her more than double the amount they promised. The insurance did cover the partial, and this dentist knew that this would happen and did not mention it. This place is money hungry and could careless about their patients, stay away!

From all of the staff to Dr. Smith, this office is wonderful! Caring, professional and I felt heard for the first time in a long time.

Arrived slightly early for appointment but was taken in right away. Saw Dr. Smith first for tooth implant and then had cleaning. Was scheduled for two hour appointment but only took 1 1/2 hours. Very pleased!

I appreciate the great cleaning of my teeth at Great Expressions Dental. The staff there are always amazing friendly. It’s a hidden gem in Tallmadge. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist.
