Dr. Keifer is kind and compassionate - exactly who I needed when addressing something as sensitive as hearing loss. I trusted his recommendations for aids because they were based on him listening to my preferences. It's been great to work with him and Deann over the past couple of years. If you need an audiologist, don't hesitate to call here.

I brought my 2 year old here and we had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, they made the environment very comfortable. The doctor was patient, very thorough and he explained each test in detail. I would definitely recommend this place!
