Great Lakes Service Plaza, Broadview Heights OH

Pizza hut not open. Line at burger King was 20 people deep. More food options would be nice. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean.

I was able to get something to eat and get a shower (Truckers life). The staff is really nice, had an awesome experience!

Bathroom was clean. Everything in the place way overpriced, but caters to a captive audience, so glad I bought snacks and drinks prior to getting on turnpike.

Yet again another sorry excuse for a service plaza. The BUILDING is open 24/7, but don't expect to get food before 6am. My team driver and I, an older gentleman, and a man with his son all walked over to the "food court" and SUPRISE nothing was open. The majority of the 100+ truckers that park here leave by 3a-4a. The over night drivers cant get anything to eat. Gee im sure glad everyone else can what they need during normal business hours, but truckers are SOL.

Worst gas station ever! Locked into turnpike gas stations.this one had many pumps out of service, card reader would not take credit card, had to go inside to prepay, pump still would not work. Spent 25 minutes, got no gas here. Took the next exit and got non-turnpike gas!

Stopped here twice this week, 2nd time in a row pizza hut is closed. I get it, "Labor shortage", but everything already costs double, there's got to be a way to get 1 zombie behind that counter. The other plaza's are listing limited food, this one doesn't have that posted anywhere I've seen, I just want some breadsticks for the drive home: (

Unable to get food! And it was the main reason we stopped. It had 3 food places but 2 out of the 3 it was impossible so we left hungry!

Every single "employee" at the food court of this service plaza should be fired. Line of seven people at burger king - nobody taking orders. Pizza hut was allegedly open but not a soul to be found. Panera completely ignores customers, walked by four times without even acknowledging that a customer was at the register. No, I'm not a Karen. Didn't say a word. Oh, and the cashier at the convenience store doesn't believe in bags? What a joke this place is.

Worst tuna salad sandwich I ever had for 10+$ never again freaking hiway robbery didn't wana give it 1 star not to mention the amount of salad dressing they give you

The plaza definitely has it's downsides, the biggest being how expensive everything is, second to the fact that pretty much the whole place closes up at 10. The employees are usually pretty friendly, and I'd have to say it is pretty well cleaned from a customer's perspective. Currently the place is going through a bit of a rough patch but in a month or two I expect things to get a lot better there.

Clean and safe place to stop by. Maybe because of pandemic the food places are not completely open and under staffed. But overall a decent place

Panera out of 3/4 of their food and had over a half hour wait for what you could order. Pizza Hut closed due to being out of dough. Burger King open but no menu. The convenience store was also out of a lot as well. Don’t recommended

I love this rest stop. This rest stop is better than any truck stop in the State. And that's saying something. Very clean. Friendly people. Great amenities. Even showers for trucks

Starbucks cash only no frappuccinos and the let 3 customers cut in front of 5 that had been waiting will avoid this rest stop from now on we walked out after waiting ten minutes also due to the line cutting

Very rude staff cleaning the women's restroom. 7/19/21 @ 2: 45pm an older woman cleaning up the restroom was cursing in Polish about the "paper" that people had thrown on the floor (looked like someone pulled a few too many toilet covers). I was in the stall next to her doing my business and when I got out she stared me down. As I walked out she continued to yell in Polish to another employee pointing in my direction as I walked away. Incredibly rude. Everyone complains about their job, but to do it in front of a customer is uncalled for.

Starbucks was closed, for no posted reason. Panera was out of a lot of menu items. So we left. Hopefully this was an off day for the whole facility, but still disappointing experience.

Clean, location inside & out. Friendly staff working hard with small numbers to run the restaurants and a lot of people waiting. They did did great job filling orders as quickly as they could with only 2 people working. Food was warm & good.

Really great to drive into the parking area near the diesel fuel pumps in a RV with the family and seeing the fuel attendant/cashier urinating on the side of the building at 6 a.m. Then explaining to my 2 young sons what they just saw was absolutely wrong and illegal. I am guessing that walking the 200 feet to the main building to utilize the restroom is to much effort. If the management reads this review, it might be good idea to check video surveillance and be asking some questions.

Employees of burger king rude. Walked around for a bit, place was clean. Restrooms clean. But stood in line for several minutes as employees walked by without acknowledging my existence until finally a girl walked up rolled her eyes and said I won't let you order till you put a mask on. It would be different of she asked me to put one on but the arrogance. So let me get this straight, I can walk around no mask, I can use the restroom no mask, I can eat at the very limited table area that doesn't get cleaned between each guest as evidenced by the number of dirty tables but if I dare to order food behind plexiglass I am a horrible person spreading the plague?

Service was absolutely horrible. One of the employees who served the buger king litterally stood around as a line formed. They where extremely under staffed only a cook and a person serving the counter.i dont blame them.i blame.their managment. Hire more people.
