4I really enjoy living in this community. My neighbors are friendly and there is plenty of green space for children to enjoy away from the parking areas. I enjoy having a finished basement with washer dryer hook up and extra storage space in the basement. Most neighbors have garden areas that give the community a more home feeling. It’s somewhat hidden away so you don’t get a lot of traffic like some of the other apartments or condos in the area.
Nice place.they take good care of the grounds. The condos are nice also inside and out.
I have lived in this community for 22 yrs now. In recent years we have had a hugh increase in the population of children. These children run rampant thru community w/o parental supervision. They are extremely loud and leave their trash everywhere. Our community has had our share of crime but to let children (about 25 currently) run wild w/o any accountability has led to many problems. Our newest president of the Board has more of an interest to push his agenda rather than doing whats best for the whole community. If you are looking for a nice place to live don't come here.
I visited. It has a pool, which is nice, and off 161, which is convenient yet tucked back away from the road. The condos themselves seemed a bit run down.
