Great Oaks Dental Care reviews
14Place is a corporate dental office they are all about profit and selling whatever they can to you, they dont care about your teeth. Went to get a filling it cost me $850. They also wanted me to get all my fillings replaced they said they were "inadequate". Shortly after I went to a small dental office near the wadsworth post office, they were great they said all my fillings are fine and i dont need anything replaced. Great oak dental are criminals they will drill and fill whatever they can sell you at the most expensive rate. I believe the dentists here get bonuses for how much they up sell you. STAY AWAY go to a small office that is not owned by corporate bandits.
They are family. I used to hate going to the dentist and needless to say it played a factor on the health of my teeth. The staff at Great Oaks Dental is like family. I look forward to going to the dentist. I get excited! Crazy right? They walk you through every stage and are very thorough on explaining all charges. My teeth have never felt better. I look forward to my visits on helping me develop a better smile and healthier teeth!
Absolutely ️. Everyone from front desk staff to Dentist are AMAZING. Definitely recommend.
I highly recommend Great Oaks Dental Care to everyone. The front desk was so nice and very informative. The dental hygienist and the dentist were so nice and very thorough. Update: I had to have a new crown put on and was really nervous because of a bad previous experience at another dentist. I was so happy with how well it turned out. It felt like there was nothing had been done the next day. I highly recommend Great Oaks Dental to everyone.
I am very glad I chose Grat Oaks Dental. Friendly, professional staff. Everything went great, couldn't be happier.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was the last appointment of the night & didn’t feel rushed at all.
Up to date facility with very professional staff.
Everyone was very nice and informative and explained plans in detail.
Awful service. Went for one appointment, wife and I were billed different amounts for same services. We could never get in touch with an actual person at the office, just traded voicemails without any answers. Prior to finally connecting to address my questions they sent my bill to collections, knowing full well there were unanswered questions on my account.
Fast forward over a year later, trying to have my records sent to my new doctor. AGAIN, can't get anyone on the phone, finally got in touch via their online chat and was given an email to send a release form to. However, email address was not valid. I can't say I am surprised.
I use to live in this area and I’m disappointed as I have never found a dentist office I loved as much as this place. Their facility is super clean and cozy, their staff is friendly, and they go above and beyond any other dentist I have seen (for example, they clean retainers during your exam). Highly recommend!
Very nice and professional staff. Office and rooms were very clean. Glad we switched to here
Great first visit! Staff was great and friendly. Reasonable prices and look forward to future visits here.
The staff was amazing. I needed an emergency appointment and they were great in helping to accommodate him. He felt comfortable throughout the appointment and addressed his dental needs.
Made an online appointment on 1/2/23 for a lost filling and then a piece of tooth that broke off on New Year’s Day. Filled out new patient forms and put in insurance information. Eileen called 1/3/23 and said she cancelled my appointment because they don’t take my insurance and they don’t take people on Medicare or Medicaid. I am neither of those, I own a business. I called back and said I could pay out of pocket. I also have DenteMax which is a reduced fee plan I purchased because not many dentists take my insurance. The person who took my call put me back on the schedule with the same appointment time.
Today (1/5/23), morning of my appointment, Eileen called again and said I can’t be a patient because they don’t take my insurance, and they must file a claim, or I would lose benefits. What? I didn’t follow that stream of logic. I left a message for Eileen to call me, but she had another person return my call. I asked if they take uninsured patients or DenteMax and the women said they did but since they know I have insurance (that they don’t accept so I’m basically uninsured), I can’t be a patient. Wow! The gatekeepers in this practice are driving away business and I would never recommend this business based on the office staff.
Amazing! I loved being able to make an appointment to online. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Set such a great tone for the visit. I needed to get a tooth pulled after having an abscess and they entire staff I met along the way couldn’t have been more friendly, upfront, and forthcoming with all my options. I’ll definitely be back to continue my dental care with them. It’s nice to feel so valued after just one appointment. Thank you!
