4Dr. John has helped me overcome addiction, and actually cares about his patience.
I've been seeing nurse practitioner Heidi Vraciu for six years now. She has done wonders for me! She is so patient and calm. She listens to me and always puts my needs into consideration. She has done so much for me, and I can't thank her enough. Dr. John is absolutely fantastic also. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.
(I believe it was the receptionist) was extremely rude. When working in healthcare, you should know how to speak with people, especially to others who work in healthcare. I truly hope she does not speak with patients the way she spoke to me. It was uncalled for and definitely gives this location a bad look.
So I've been going to Dr John's office for around 2 years now. I'm a business owner who self pays for my appointments. Previously I was self-paying for appointments with other offices and I highly debated whether or not stopping my appointments all together as I just didn't see the value. But immediately when I started going to Dr John's office that all changed! I feel like I owe them more money when I walk away. Dr John always gives me a solid hour of his time and although I'm there more for addiction services, the psychiatric help I receive is more valuable to me than anything. Dr John knows my personal life, he knows the things I struggle with, he knows the things that bring me joy and happiness. I feel like I'm going in to talk to my best friend everyday. He listens and shares like no other human being I know. Although it wasn't a requirement I couldn't wait to bring my fiance in to an appointment and introduce her to doc John. I've had a good experience with the medical staff on the front end so I don't agree with some of the other assessments of them that I've seen. It's my belief that this doctor's office, although a business and a provider for those employees, is hands down the best doctor's office experience I've ever had in my life! Thanks greater Canton psychiatry for everything you guys do!
