6HORRIBLE SERVICE! THEY GAVE ME MY COMPUTER BACK TWICE WITHOUT DOIN WHAT I ASKED. ALSO CHARGED ME THE FIRST TIME. I ASKED THEM TO FIX MY COMPUTER FANS FROM RUMBLING. THEY DID NOTHING BUT MADE THEM EVEN MORE LOUD & ANNOYING. LAPTOP HAS 5 MISSING SCREWS I HAVE NEVER TOOK THIS THING APART. THESE GUYS PUSHED MY USB PORTS INTO MY LAPTOP THEN IN STORE TRIED TO TELL ME THAT HOW THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE. SINCE WHEN DOES A COMPUTER COMPANY FINISH THERE WORK LIKE THIS? JUST A HORRIBLE SERVICE

Great experience. My dad received a virus and needed to take care of it fast! They took care of us in 20 minutes and sent us on our way! Not saying all fixes will be that fast but seeing as we needed a quick fix they couldn’t have treated us faster and better!
Sam was awesome! Helped me install new case fans in my NV7. He was awesome to work with, they were also flexible and found me an earlier appointment!
I have had my computers serviced here since 2016 and they have been able to fix issues that other stores could not. Recently they built a custom gaming computer for me and I was extremely happy with the result. They gave me a list of optimal parts to purchase and saved me a good amount of money.
They repaired an older Dell tower for me (along with other service work over several years on 3 other devices) the tower now performs better than when new and has more power and memory for far less cost than a new Dell tower.the best part is I didn't have to deal with Dell (which is a pain)
