7If I could 0 stars bad company to even rent from never answer. Illegal actions don’t fix nothing till you beg
They literally don’t answer at all. The agents don’t answer. The company doesn’t answer. Seems like another huge management company just buying property for quick cash.
HORRIBLE. If you want to speak to anyone regarding anything with your property, good luck! They have an 800 number to their office that leads you to a voice mailbox that is permanently full. Nobody will call back or respond to emails. Maintenance request are dealt with as they see fit and will often take several weeks. When they do show up it is usually without any of the required advanced notice. Go elsewhere!
I’m an out of state investor and I’ve been very satisfied with Greater Metropolitan Management. They’ve been managing two single family homes for me for approximately two years now. I also occasionally communicate with my tenants and I’ve gotten nothing but positive feedback from them as well. I highly recommend.
Please don't rent with these people. It's moving day and they are nowhere to be found with the keys to the house, however they still have it listed and have the money. The voicemail is always full but no one is there and the head maintenance guy doesn't know when they EVER will be. This is a disaster. Moving is already stressful and to add insult to injury you take my money. Smh, I pray the recoup process is easier. Reporting to BBB now.
This is a terrible management company. I have complained about several things on the property and none of it has been resolved. And know I have a downstairs neighbor who refuses to clean up after their dog and parks in my Parking space like she owns it. I have complained to management with no luck.
So far I'm giving one star, I turned my rfta packet into their office Oct. 4,2022 and no one from the office has contacted me since. I can only assume that I didn't get the house and should now move on.
UPDATE! 10/26
the property management has contacted me and confirmed the owner approved me. Now I just have to wait for them to fill/sign my packet so that I can return it to the subsidy office.
