Green Home Solutions of Northeast OH saved the day. I discovered a severe mold problem hidden above a drop ceiling in my new-to-me, nearly century-old house. I got inspections/estimates from three vendors, and these folks came out on top by a mile. Mike was a straight shooter, no theatrics, just honest info and a plan that would eliminate the problem and allow me to move in on time. Excellent communication from Carly, even in spite of my new cell problems. I knew exactly what was going to happen, why, and when, and it worked out great. I'll definitely call again if in need.

Mike, the technician who handled the physical work, was an absolute professional. He approached the task with expertise and meticulous attention to detail. His thoroughness in sanitizing and eliminating mold spores from even the most textured surfaces was impressive. I could tell that he was genuinely dedicated to resolving the issue at its root, not just treating the symptoms. He even gave us two pairs of sunglasses just because which was a nice gesture.

DO NOT USE! It was supposed to be a simple attic remediation but their product bombed my house with a deep chlorine smell that got in my lungs, caused my throat to tighten up and caused me to vomit twice. It took me a week to feel back to normal.
While they came back and admitted things had gone horribly wrong, and they tried to get the smell to go away, it took days and the damage was done.
They cashed my check instantly when I told them of the issues, then stopped responding to my texts when I asked for some of my money back.
I'm deeply concerned about my long term health from the chemicals, and am extremely disappointed by their lack of accountability / professionalism.

We called Carly and Mike the owners about my fathers house and the issue with mold. Carly kept us up to date while Mike and his crew washed and cleaned and added to every inch of the house the solution for removing all the mold. What a huge difference after the job was complete. My eyes burning and headaches Disappeared when entering my fathers house and staying there for three hours normally I’m coughing my eyes are burning and I have a headache that didn’t happen upon returning. Highly satisfied with their work and explaining of the work being performed. This mold removal was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has mold problems.

Carly at Green Home Solutions was very helpful after having a flood in our house which caused mold to grow under our flooring. Carly was very personable, always responded right away with tons of information. Mike who did the work was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. They preformed the work right away and did a fantastic job very fair pricing compared to other quotes we received. They truly care about their customers and go above beyond to make you feel relaxed during such a stressful time. If I could give Green Home Solutions 5 million stars I would. Unfortunately Google only lets me give 5. Mike and Carly were so good to work with. If I ever had a question about anything Carly was always available to answer for me. When Mike came began the mitigation process they constantly sent progress pictures to show what they were dealing with and what me and my family had been living with. When we left the house for the mitigation we forgot to move our Elf on the Shelf for our kids. I frantically contacted Carly and Mike and they moved the Elf for us! What kind of contractor does a thing like that for a family! So nice! When we returned to our 1960s built home it was like walking into a new build. All my wife kept saying "It smells like.nothing and it is so good" since we had become so accustomed to the mildew smell coming from the basement. Unfortunately Green Home Solutions of Northeast Ohio is a company that you only want to have to work with once but now that the process is done and my family can breathe easier I couldn't recommend them more to anyone that thinks they may have a mold problem in their house. Mike showed up promptly, analyzed the problem, coordinated with a roofing company to fix the problem that was causing the mold, then came in and removed the mold. I am very satisfied with their service.
