Within less than 48 hours of initially contacting Angela Henderson regarding our homeowner's insurance claim being far too drawn out and having done nothing in over a month; and trying to keep us in the dark about the way they plan to handle our covered damages, Angela's already given me information of empowerment, written emails to our insurance Claims Adjuster and others letting them know of her involvement on our behalf, and requesting policy-covered actions be taken immediately.

She was able to connect us with a contractor who will cover the job in entirety and a representative of that company was in our home doing an estimate within a couple hours of contact. He too provided both Angela and I with complete, detailed quotes for the job of water/mold remediation and reparations before the end of the day on a Friday afternoon.

At this pace, she's already done more in 48 hours than the insurance Adjuster has in over 30 days and counting. She's already advised us on the relocation process and housing for the duration of our home work. I feel confident that with her on our side, we will be back in our home, fully functional again, in much better stead, and certainly much faster than we would be if we let things continue with the insurance Adjuster and his handling of our claim.
