I love the doctors and staff at Green Valley. They all truly care about the wellbeing of the animals, and I have the ultimate trust in their guidance. I especially appreciate how they listen to concerns and ask questions to ensure they have all the necessary info and how much they love on the animals and take into consideration building a relationship with them of trust. They truly care about what’s in the best interest of the animal. Love love love the doctors and staff at Green Valley!

The entire staff, but especially Dr. Matthews is so caring. Dr Matthews is the reason I can back after having to put my last dog down. We brought our beloved first dog there and learned that he had cancer and his life was nearing the end. When we got our new puppy several months later, I couldn't bring myself to return to Green Valley because of the trauma of losing our beloved dog. After going to another vet, I was longing to return to Green Valley where I felt heard, supported, educated, and cared for.
So thankful to have Dr. Matthews in the area to care for our pets.

DR. Mathews and team are wonderful. My dog has anxiety and other issues and they help him feel at ease by the way they talk to him, hold him on table and their overall approach with him. The office is super clean and doesn't smell like a vets office. All of them are wonderful! But especially Dr. Mathews. On our 1st visit, 2-3 years ago, Bruno laid down in the room like he was at home. And after chatting with Dr. Mathews, I knew I had found the right place for Bruno. The team shows they care about their clients and the office by the way cleanliness of the office to how they treat your pet. How they have helped my dog feel at ease.

I needed a vet my old 17 year old dog was dying Green Valley told me about lap of love they came to my house and helped thru this hard time thank you for your help we are so grateful for your help very helpful and kind

Everyone genuinely cares about our pets. Dr. Matthews also has experience as an emergency vet. Convinced this saved our dogs life, or at the very least, from an expensive surgery.

The best veterinary care you can ask for. Dr. Matthews and her team are absolutely the best. Very compassionate and caring. Even my puppy is happy to see them even that sometimes they stick the thermometer in his butt.
They are always willing to help no matter the time or day. I would highly recommend them!

They are very friendly and available. You are able to email and ask questions and get answers quick! Dr. Mathews did a great job with my bearded dragon and went the extra mile to provide lots of informational bits to give her the best care possible! The knowledge the doctor had on Bearded Dragons and closeness to home.

Both times I've been in it has been for colony cats, which can be more of a challenge to deal with behavior wise. Both doctors and techs handled the cats with great care to resolve the injury, all while taking caution and not causing additional stress for the kitty. Everyone has been wonderful, but both doctors have been great. Sometimes there is a disconnect from client to doctor, but not here.both listen and explain well and make the appointment a pleasure.

Love Dr. Matthews and all her staff! Very caring and thorough. Sadie and Ellie love them and don't even mind going! The staff is very caring and thorough - You can tell they all love animals.

I’ve been taking my dogs here for years and have always been super happy with their care. The staff is friendly and helpful when I have questions, they also respond very quickly. I’ve always felt like they genuinely care about my dogs and their well-being. I would absolutely recommend their practice to all pet owners.

Ever since bringing my geriatric princess Willow to Green Valley years ago, I have appreciated the compassionate and conservative care that Dr Matthews and her staff has always provided. From giving me multiple options and being transparent about pricing to being realistic about expectations from treatment, Dr Matthews has always been honest with us. It is obvious that she and her staff care deeply for the animals that they treat, and I have never felt like a transaction or as though I was being upsold products or medications that my pets did not need. Our dogs are always greeted by name, and I truly feel appreciated, not just like a customer!
