4Would not recommend! Manager is a hot head very disrespectful! All electric boxes are not up to code. Manager is known for harassing people who live here! They block the rds then try an walk in your home over it pretty sure that’s burglary! Greg is maintenance he’s 2faced an dose nothing! The whole place is going down hill do to lack of maintenance! People steal everything so got to have cameras! Brother had a motorcycle stolen an many other things! But I’ve been harassed for over 6 years! I’ve had enough! Do not recommend period
I was pleased to see the storm damage was promptly taken care of after the storm we had locally.
Quiet little trailer park, just live life by the golden rule and you can enjoy a simple life here, neighbor-hood watch
Could use some updating and less speed bumps but overall a decent community. Friendly neighbors. Shopping centers like Walmart, Kroger, Meijer and Target less than 15 mins away. Its pretty quiet too.
