Greenglen, Toledo OH

Just moved in. Had to pay like 1k and still had to scrub the shower/tub, toilet, sink, wipe down the walls in the bathroom, mop. And I'm waiting for them to fix the sink because there is something really weird that I can see in the disposal so I can't wash dishes yet. I mean the community doesn't seem bad but it's some nonsense going on over here.

I recently did a one bedroom tour here and it was nothing but amazing for me! The place was clean and looked well kept, and the office lady (Caitlin I believe?) was super super sweet and friendly!

I recently stopped by the office looking for a 2 Bedroom apartment. Unfortunately they didn’t have anything available, but the manager was super helpful and even referred me to other properties nearby. The property looked very nice and homey.

Just recently moved into a 1 bedroom ABSOLUTELY AMAZING couldnt ask for a better place to live it is well taken care of property manager (Caitlyn) is sooo nice and very easy to work with and get ahold of I will definitely be staying for awhile

Overpriced and the maintenance people are so lazy that they have left cat litter simply poured out near the door. They "inspect" apartments for unclear reasons. They will attempt to charge you for their laundry service even if you don't use it & even though it's not in the lease. Slow response to tennant concerns when they do anything at all. I am so glad I only visit family there.
