19Bob is a thorough tech and his hard work is appreciated. He's professional and cares about doing a great job.
We were having issues with carpenter bees and started both regular and forest service. We only service the exterior because of pets and grandchildren. I still notice a reduction in pests (spiders & ants) inside the house.
Darby was on time and kept me informed of his eta. He was very thorough and showed me areas of concern and explained how this was effecting the issue. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He offered info on what I could to help keep the pests from coming in.
I am so happy I chose Greenix and a very satisfied customer

Gentleman came as promised even in rain. Was inside and did not have chance to go into details as I wanted but expressed through glass where I had spiders on slider outside. Thank you for keeping appointment & looking forward to taking care of pests! KB Kilbane

Isaiah came to handle my service & was phenomenal. Explained everything & made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Fantastic service!
Cane today to set traps for moles in my yard. Knowledgeable & answered my questions. Hoping that the treatment solves the problem. So in that regard, this is an incomplete service.
They damaged my property. Both my neighbors and I noticed it the very next morning they denied the claim because I did not have ring video camera footage of the damage taking place.
I had to open a Better Business Bureau claim. They were amiable to canceling the contract, but I still ended up with the damage I had to take care of on my own
Cost to replace what was damaged around $400.
Never again. But, if you decide to try them, make sure that you have cameras all around the house because that is the standard of proof for anything done wrong.
Better yet, make sure there is an adult over 18 years old present with the work is done.
Anthony came today and he always does an amazing job. Gives me all the information about the boxes. We have even walked together to check the boxes to make sure the placements are still the most effective. Great guy all around. The product works. Has greatly reduced our mouse population.

Alexander was a wonderful tech! The only problem I had was when they called Alex and told him to stop treating my house midway because I didn't have a vet document. It was never discussed that I needed one. I talked to 6 different people in order to get Alex back to my home to finish what was started. Now I have to be out of my home longer because of the time it has taken. Communication with customer service and clients can and should be alot better. Let clients know they have to have this document on hand. Corporate needs to give Alex a raise for dealing with me today- thanks Alex for your patience.
