I would rather zero star. Ted never answers the phone or in the office when we need to talk but decided to prefer email, I refused due im deaf but seem he dont care and remove us in falling part home smh. Bad communication, maintaining not really professional, my kids are not happy with their attic for 6 years cause of no air and vents come out in the attic. & Refuse carpet. Krebs Ave is not a safe house for children and please be careful with Steven Bien cross street on Krebs cause he's a good liar over dogs especially if you have a pitbull & bully. You may think nice neighbors but it's not, they are Karen & Kyle neighbors. I refuse these companies ever again in future. I have been in these house for 6 years and I'm not happy. Especially if you move in, they are not clean or full paint, not screw all doors right, leaking ceiling & more etc, you better check it out before you move in. He's definitely a slumlord and has bad communication. You may be a nice man but I don't think you are, you are just a disgusting man like your boss.
