Searched for a month the areas independent agencies and found Greg Fay Insurance to be the most responsive. Met with Greg on multiple occasions to iron out details and review coverage. Promised a yearly insurance review which All State never did, offer to do or even suggest it. In closing out the All State account, Fay Insurance handle the whole deal and followed up to make sure I received them the refunds. The Fay agency made the change easy. Looking for ward to working with Greg and his wife going forward. I am a small family business and I like working with a small family business where the owners are very involved.
