Dr Sy and his staff are such wonderful people! He fixed my broken tooth the very next day after I called! He is absolutely amazing!

I have always appreciated Dr. Sy's office ever since his location was on Oberlin Ave, but the rudeness of the receptionist again and again is why my family and myself will not be returning. Any time we called for an appointment or talked to her in person, the receptionist is snappy and always has some sort of snide remark to make. We always cringed at the thought of calling or approaching the window. It's simply not right to feel that way about a simple visit to the Dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Sy since I was just a little girl. He has always been one of my favorite doctors, and even when I was away at college, I arranged my appointments for when I was home for college break. Dr. Sy and his team are patient, kind, friendly, and always honest. I drive in from Cleveland to see Dr. Sy, and I plan to continue seeing him for many more years to come! Thank you for the 24+ years of being my dentist, and for always making my dental care fast, easy and fun!
