If this is about the bus station in South Bend Indiana I feel you should get a new Personnel in the bus station very unhelpful

The station here is Toledo is good. Clean with a nice and friendly staff.
The company of Greyhound is awful. We had a friend come for a visit and they lost their luggage on the return home. Please explain how you get on, only make one stop and do not change busses, and your company loses the luggage of a disabled veteran? They had all the clothes they owned in that bag, their switch, some personal items, and their freaking dog tags. Now they have been given the run around and been treated rudely by the company when they have inquired about getting help. A lost baggage claim was filed and still nothing has been done to find the bag or help with any kind of replacement funding. They were even told by one person that Greyhound was not responsible for lost or stolen baggage. Horrible company.

Those seats were oddly comfortable. And the bus driver was so nice. Unfortunately the plugs weren't working so we couldn't charge anything.

Easy to find and decent rates. Not the fastest way to travel but way more comfortable and easier than a airline.

Thankful for the transportation, however leaving from the Detroit station, there was a total lack of professionalism, a lot of condescending tones and attitudes from the staff and the mannerisms are completely lost. Also, in response to the adherence of the mask mandate that the greyhound company is requesting all passengers follow, I think it would be a less problematic situation if the appropriate context is used when conveying a message to riders. Saying that there is a Federal Mask Mandate is incorrect and leads to many arguments because of the high level of unaware people. The Federal Government has already established their statement and informed the public that THEY (The Federal Government) DO NOT have the Power to implement MASK OR VACCINE MANDATES, that Authority was given to business owners to decide at their own comfort. So I highly recommend that the staff ceases promoting that misinformation and also stop using that in a threatening manner when explaining to customers they could possibly get a ticket and/or be removed from the Bus over the MASK, which has been highly RECOMMENDED in places where social distancing cannot be properly and thoroughly executed, it is NOT REQUIRED, IT IS ONLY A RECOMMENDATION, which I hope in the future that your Greyhound staff will be able to tell the difference between the two words and their context.

Use to enjoy riding the train. Just not safe any more. But still I'd get on one in a min.

I was traveling in a wheelchair alone for the first time. Meagan from Amtrack was amazingly helpful with everything

Clean and maintained. Electric outlets, vending machines, plenty seating, restrooms, water fountains. Not many attendants though. Train is usually late. They have model trains there to look at maybe purchase!

Most Greyhound bus stations look like the land time forgot. They and the busses are old, dilapidated, worn out and just dirty and gross.

Greyhound is now how cities export homeless people to other cities rather than dealing with the underlying issues which just makes Greyhound buses and stations more dangerous as you add people with mental health issues, an enclosed space and lots of stress, noise and confusion.

Greyhound needs to do a complete modernization of their fleet and infrastructure if it wants to enter and thrive in our highly modern and technological society if it wants to compete with other modes of mass transportation.

For now they receive a failing grade on pretty much on everything.

All the Greyhound bus stations that we stopped at was nasty any upgrading in the lobby in the bathroom where they drop you off at coming in from the bus they all need to clean up they look disgusting for the amount of money that Greyhound and charging people to ride a buses they need to be more professional and licking wise good evening at the bus stops way to go to layover they need to go in there and clean the buses out wipe them down beside his friend stuff and make your floor slippery and sticky that is my opinion if I thought about it then I went to pictures of it this is really bad

Even after they supposedly open at 7: 30am, unless you tell and scream to make your presence known, there's NOBODY at the counter to help you! Obviously they don't care about serving their passengers anymore.

I am on Amtrak not the bus station although they may share the station. I can't speak to Greyhound but Amtrak is pretty great

A little confusing but the busses are nice. Due to everything being online, and not being able to purchase a ticket at the actual station was a little annoying. Multiple gas stations allow it though

When a bus shows up at a terminal it should be open. No passenger should have to wait on the bus until the terminal opens.

Greyhound bus station shared with Amtrax. Have reasonable waiting chairs with 3 vending machines. They have toilets and water filters too.

Advise to be at least 30-45 minutes before departure. Bus check in usually took several minutes.

Be aware of multiple pamphlets. A lot of information of various counties and states Who knows where is your next visit?

I will never in my life ride the greyhound again. Conductor Stephan locked himself out the bus at the Toledo stop my son and I were trying to get out and he basically went and blamed the whole situation on me put me off the bus after I traveled all the way from ATL. Literally left me and my 5 year son in Ohio for his mistake. Then the employees inside the Toledo terminal wouldn't even give me the next scheduled bus. We had to catch a lyft all the way to Detroit. #lawsuit
