I was excited to send my mom a hanging basket for Mother's Day. I ordered it two weeks in advance. Everything was confirmed and the delivery address was accepted upon ordering. My credit card was charged. The day it was supposed to be delivered I received an email stating that they do not deliver to NYS (the delivery address accepted by them) and that when they called flower shops THAT DAY they were not accepting orders. They had two weeks to let me know and waited until the delivery day, making it so that I was unable to send my mom anything in time. My credit card is still charged and they have not refunded my money.

Update- I got a phone call on Saturday explaining they had ordered it through another flower business in Buffalo and found out on Saturday that the flowers couldn’t be delivered. Actually, I got two phone calls- one from the manager and one from the owner. I got a full refund and they were able to send my mom a small plant with some fake flowers that were delivered by the end of Mother’s Day. It was impressive that I got phone calls, a refund (without having to dispute through my credit card company) and they were able to send my mom something. If you are in the Columbus area, they are probably an awesome flower shop to work with. If I were to order flowers again to Buffalo, NY, I would likely pick another company.

Just like I always do I wait until last minute to think about gifts for holidays. Being Mother's Day and from Texas I waited too long to order for my Mother in law to have something delivered. All the major chains (not just flowers) were "sold out" on delivery spots. I found Griffins online on Friday afternoon, ordered and it was delivered Saturday morning on Mothers Day weekend! The flower planter basket was beautiful and my mother in law loved it. Would totally recommend Griffins to my local Ohio people!

I called from Michigan to have flowers sent for a funeral. I selected Griffin's because of the proximity to the funeral home. I viewed their pictures posted on line. I ordered the chimes with a flower arrangement. The chimes are beautiful and the attached arrangement was absolutely beautiful! I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you for

I ordered Griffin's flowers for a good friend of mine who was really in need of a smile and boy, Griffins did not disappoint! The arrangement they sent here was absolutely gorgeous and even more beautiful than the photo on their website. I called to put in a sympathy plant order from our team though work. I started using their online version however, I was not sure of how delivery would work, so I called and spoke with Mary. She was not only helpful with product information she was able to help me keep the item we choose and stay within our budget. Thank You for all your help and service. I highly recommend using them.

Ordered a floral arrangement on short notice for a funeral and Griffin's Floral Design came through. They delivered said arrangement earlier than the expected delivery time. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again for future orders.

I purchased flowers for my wife for our anniversary and she said they are the nicest flowers I have ever got her. They were fall themed and the vase had leaves in it, which she thought was a great touch and really unique.

I placed an order for a friend who was having a surgical procedure today. It was a last minute thought and I wasn't sure I could get anything to her the same day. I was hesitant to use a place I have never used and especially via the web, but I checked out the website and picked a bouquet. They arrived promptly and my friend sent me a picture of the arrangement. It looked exactly like the photo on the website. I will definitely use this site again. Thank you!

We ordered flowers for Calling Hour services and were very pleasantly surprised! The arrangement was large, gorgeous, and definitely exceeded our expectations! We found the florist we will be using again and again!

I ordered flowers and a bear came with them. I ordered the package for my sister’s birthday you lives in Columbus, OH; I am currently located in Atlanta, GA. The order was placed the day before and was sent to her job and I’m not going to lie, I was worried the flowers wouldn’t get to her because I did pay the extra charge to have the package delivered within a certain time frame. However, my sister sent me a picture stating she loved the surprise. The bear was a different color, but better than expected. There are a couple different flower company in Columbus, but this is now my favorite!

There was a passing in my daughter's fiance's family and we wanted to send flowers. We are not living in the same state. My friend was extremely pleased with the flowers she received today. I had the flowers shipped to her house as she was not supposed to work today. She ended up working today. The delivery driver called her to let her know when she could pick up the flowers at the location. We; however, work for an accounting firm, and as you can imagine she is not able to get to the florist during their regular working hours in April. She told the driver this; and he offered to bring them to our office. The driver totally went above and beyond to get her the flowers and we are both very appreciative. As luck would have it, we work in the Arena District and there was a race going on today. Needless to say the driver had a difficult time getting the flowers to her and she finally met him on the street to get them. THANK YOU! PS: The flowers were beautiful also. Five star service all around.

I used Griffin's for my September wedding. I had a VERY specific vision that I was super excited about (succulents /greenery/white flowers no color) and they HIT IT OUT OF THE BALLPARK. I am SUPER particular and SUPER specific -they far surpassed what i was hoping for with minimal guidance. Everyone I worked with was a pleasure and the customer service was wonderful. The entire experience was seamless - would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Unfortunately, I was unable to work with this company on the floral for my wedding. I was really excited about this after having seen their catalog - and it does appear they do good work, if you can get through the door. The follow up skills are seriously lacking. After being bumped from one associate to another, we were then ignored for over a month and a half. We discussed them throwing some ideas out via email, which never happened. I also told them I would be available for an appointment during the 2nd week of March at any time, never heard back again after that. What's truly shocking to me, is over a month later I receive an email from Russ saying he has been trying to get in contact with us - completely false. What probably happened is they got busy with other places, and we got forgotten. On the positive side, I did find a florist that I love and actually is really good about getting back to us.
