Griffin's Floral Design, Pataskala OH

Flowers were not consistent with my specifications. Overpaid significantly and will not use, again.

We had such beautiful flowers and service from Griffins! Amanda worked with me to make sure my budget was kept in mind when creating our proposal. She also worked one making sure everything was going to be perfect for the wedding. The flowers are beautiful and lasted for 2 weeks after! This company is very budget friendly and the people here are so nice and have your best interest at mind when working with you.

Yes I called spoke with lady named Debbie she assured me my order would be delivered by 6 PM same day service the order never showed I called back she was very rude had no sympathy for the situation whatsoever. I would never recommend this service to anyone let alone use this service again, oh and I was informed that if the owner issues a refund it would take up to 10 days, are you serious, do not use this service!
Update: per our exhausting conversation to which we went back and forth, if you think you done a good enough job then, it's your business. But your reputation and word of mouth goes far, you are not professional at all, once I cancelled the order, you have no right to contact anyone on my behalf, whether you tried to remedy the situation or not, you had that chance when I poured out my heart to you and your staff letting you know how disappointed I was about how my order was handled. Not to mention you told me I already refunded you your money, and you didn't know what else you should or could do to make this better. I also advised you that I was a business owner and I'm in the delivery business and if the customer has to tell you what to do to remedy your bad service, that's not good customer service! If anyone decides to use your service after they read this, they must be desperate or just plain foolish. And lastly, multiple times you are replacing orders, refunding purchases is not a good practice for business and it doesn't make it right, just get the order correct in the first place

Interestingly, my wife received an unexpected flower arrangement at work today, with a card from Griffin's indicating an apology for the Valentine's bouquet being a disappointment (wilted roses). I did not contact Griffin's to initiate this response, and did not intend to do so.was just going to move on from the experience.

At this point, I don't even know how they identified me since I use an alias here, but I guess I cannot fault their service recovery. Updating the review from 1 star to 5 stars for what seems like an extra effort to 1. Identify me, and 2.resolve my wife's disappointment with her V-day arrangement.

Not impressed, unfortunately.

Ordered a very expensive arrangement (just shy of $200) for my wife for Valentine's Day, to have delivered to her work. Delivery was fine, and she loved the arrangement, however within 24 hours the roses were drooping badly. I've purchased inexpensive roses at Kroger that have lasted DAYS. I wouldn't expect flowers from here to last, sadly.

This place is incredible! They do beautiful work and the staff is so friendly. Keep up the good work Pataskala store!

Lovely floral pictures when I ordered online …but…. Buyer Beware! I searched Google for a Dublin Ohio Florist where my daughter lives to send her flowers and wine for her Birthday and Griffin came up first… BUT ONLY BECAUSE THEY DELIVER TO DUBLIN OHIO! They are actually in Pataskala, Ohio! When my daughter had to run into the office she missed the delivery. I called Griffin’s to offer to pay more for a re-delivery and was told it is not possible. So a missed delivery required family members to travel 31 MILES TO PICK UP THE FLOWERS, COOKIES AND CHAMPAIGN FOR MY DAUGHTER’s BIRTHDAY! A $123 ORDER! Not especially good customer care, and definitely not accomplishing customer retention. But a learning experience for sure. Do not order online with these folks unless you are on the East side of Columbus. I will always call to confirm the physical address of any business before ordering flowers “locally” again.

The fall arrangement I received was one of the prettiest I have ever seen. The flowers were absolutely beautiful. The older gentleman who delivered them was a sweetheart, the world would be a better place with more people like him. I would highly recommend this florist to everyone
