Comfortable atmosphere, and great affordable meals. The grinder & soup or salad is my go to. Great deal & just the right amount for lunch.

We love our Grinders in Alliance and Hartville. They never disappoint. Start with hartville. Our favorite waitress is Christine. We always have the best service from her. She gets 5 stars from my family. Unto alliance we have two favorite waitresses. They are Tanette and Addi. Never go beyond their job When we were afraid of my husband having upcoming surgery. Food has gone down hill fries were pre cooked frozen fries and same with the onion rings they both used to be fresh and made in house now there nasty

My favorite place to eat bur I will say that you don't get as big of a portion if you get take out as you would dining in.

Maybe they are understaffed like many other food establishments. We were told that they do not serve draft beer, so we ordered Bud Light, only to later be told that they were out. One in our party ordered unsweetened iced tea and was served sweetened tea which tasted like eating a spoon full of sugar. I ordered onion rings as an appetizer. When they arrived, they were cold. Our sandwiches were good. When our checks arrived, our server said she forgot to put the drinks on the checks and to just add a couple dollars or so. We were confused. As we were contemplating what to do, our server returned with corrected checks. What a flighty server. It took a full two hours for our lunch.

Had a salad and it was great. I love the way that the lettuce is cut up into nice bite size pieces. And they have a great selection to choose from. FANTASTIC!

Service was slow, staff was rude upon entry. Especially the hostess. When asked a question, she rudely responded with you can wait for your server. I had to ask for refills on drinks and our food came out cold, after waiting for what seemed like forever. Had to send my daughters meal back to be microwaved warm. I use to love grinders but I won't be back any time soon.

Spencer was our amazing server, whom happens to make sensational malts! We had burgers, and they were almost as good as my homemade! This was our first visit, and we'll definitely be back! We want to try some of those yummy looking desserts!

I really hate to give Grinders three stars but this time I got there apple walnut chicken salad on croissant. I usually really love it. But this time the sandwich was mostly lettuce and tomato there wasn't very much chicken salad on it and what was on there wasn't as good as it usually is. I'm not sure what the circumstances are that cause this but I would recommend going just don't order the chicken salad.

This was my second time going as an out of state visitor. The food was delicious both times. First time was a flatbread Reuben and the second time was the steak salad. They even have these awesome cinnamon walnuts that my wife had on her salad. The staff is friendly, efficient and attentive. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Great place. My daughter and I loved our lunch. Addison is such a hard working server. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. Thank you Addison.

They have the best salads, some of the soups are so good that I always wished that I would have ordered a bowl instead of a cup!
They're very helpful and friendly and always have a smile.the desserts are so delicious and tempting! The Luscious pies are exactly what it says! Luscious Banana, luscious lemon, luscious strawberry, luscious chocolate, luscious coconut cream.and regular pies and cakes are all available.

Ordered salad supposed to have a a avocados had none asked a out it said they were out should have been told this first drinks were not refilled till we tracked down water sister ordered salad and were out of dressing that went with it. Sounds like they need to go to grocery store!

My first visit at this location. Food was excellent, the service was excellent, everything was clean and well spaced. I was a little disappointed with my dessert

Jordan was our waitress, she was AMAZING. Only way I'd recommend this place is because of how friendly and attentive she was. I had ordered the miso salmon and chef refused to cook it because they were out of one of the sides that was supposed to come with it, no big deal. I ordered something different. We waited almost an hour to receive our food and when we did get it it was cold. I had replaced my meal with a pot roast that barely came with gravy and the plate was full of water. We won't be back unfortunately.

Grinders was a convenient location for a friend and I to meet at. Little did I know that they would have such good food.

Loved the atmosphere. The Waitress was on top of every need we had. Never waited for anything, from napkins to refills.

I wish I had been able to eat dessert. They had some beautiful ones to try.

Bathrooms and lobby as well as the dining rooms were sparkling clean. I love to see that. Especially when I’m eating somewhere.

The service was terrible today! It took us nearly 10-15 minutes to get a glass of ice water for our drink order. We waited another 15-20 minutes for our food order. Then the waitress brought the wrong salad dressing. French was ordered & ranch was brought instead. We asked for a small box to take food home & she forgot so we had to remind her. She never asked how our food was or if we needed anything else. Not tip worthy but left one anyway. She needs mentoring for sure. Also, we were not acknowledged by greeter when we entered. She wasn't very pleasant either. Thinking twice about whether or not to return

Excellent service and management here. The food is amazing no matter what you order! The burgers are to die for and homemade chips are bomb. Highly recommend this location specifically

Had to wait too long for food. They priority is carry out and not customers in the restaurant wait too long and cold soup. We will not go back until they improve there service. Covid or not we should not have to wait for almost an hour for food.
