Grinders Above & Beyond of Canton reviews
21Not happy with this place cold food and you don't get what you order poor excuse for restaurant.
This place is great. Food is good. Cozy family atmosphere. Great coffee and pie to finish off the night
I'm giving it 3 stars because we were in a large party so maybe that's why all of my food was cold. The service was good, drinks were refilled. I just think the large order was a challenge for the kitchen and some items were done long before others, hence my cold non melted Hawaiian grilled cheese and cold fries.
Prices a little high. Service was good. Slow receiving food. Food was very good once we got it.
Nice atmosphere, good service. Most of all friendly staff and great food. Could be a little quicker though.
I usually get a grinder here, that's what they're known for. Awesome every time, service always great. My wife and kid have had a variety of dishes and every one is great.
Food is good. However, sides are not included and the plating makes the salads look bigger than they really are.
Grinders has the best pie, my favorite is Luscious Butterscotch. The New Philly sub was delicious but desperately needed salt. The place was clean and the service was good.
Local but most people there are in their seniors. Not a problem but it doesn't make the place feel like an updated restaurant. The new bar is beautiful.
Food was great, service was great, now I want to come back for the chicken cashew salad that my friend got!
It is a very enjoyable place to have dinner. The prices were fair and the service was wounderful. We will come back again.
I ordered new philly and bowl of French onion soup x2 for me and my husband and 2 New York cheese cakes w strawberries and it was 25 dollars. I got 2 1/2 new Phillies and 2 small cups of f onion soup n some kind of fluff pie, not New York cheese cake. Work food I every got from here. Did they think because it was a to go order it didnt matter? ! Horrible expensive waste.
Great food, great service, great pie. Works with jobs program providing jobs for people in need. How nice.
Is it unique? No. Is it a foodie adventure? Nope. But if you have a large group with kids, seniors, and picky eaters, the menu is diverse enough for everyone to find something they'll like, the service is always great, and the food is consistently good at reasonable prices. Always an easy win.
Could have had better spaghetti and meatballs from a can and it was cold. The ribs were a complete letdown, nothing tender about them. My peanut butter pie was as thin as a slice of bread and 15 mins after leaving and getting home it kinda melted into a puddle of used to be peanut butter pie.
This trip to Grinders was interesting. The floor slants alot. It's kind of a dark dingy restaurant but the service was great. The food was good. I got the Cincinnati chili and loved it. The other locations are much nicer interior.
On our way out my son stepped in what I thought was a pile of chocolate pudding in front of the dessert counter. Except, It wasn't pudding. Someone dropped a mooshy deuce on the floor. Tonight my son earned the name Poopy Shoe Johnson.
They have options for people with dietary restrictions which is such a huge deal these days. I really appreciated that! Unfortunately there wasn't really any protein should I could eat as a vegan but the menu options looks pretty good.
I love the Potatoes with bacon and both cheeses with the Russian dressing.absolutely one of my favorite appitizers. The fried shrimp is also one of my favorite dinners. Grinders Above & Beyond has my favorite light orange french dressing for salads. One of my favorite past times was eating here with my Grandpa! He loved this place!
Our dinners were awesome! We had a bacon burger and the miso salmon and both were worth the visit. Our server, Brandy, was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with our questions. See was also very personable!
