Very courteous service from the office to the work area. I had requested to keep my winter tires they they took off my car, and I had brought a covering to put in my trunk to protect the carpet. But the man who was replacing my tires, put all of my old tires, each one in plastic bags to protect my carpet and put them in my car. I definitely will reccomend them to family and friends. Definately 5 star business.

Because they could have told me about a oil leak I had when I got the oil change no one ever reporter said anything that's why I thought it was just like well something could have been prevented now I had to get a whole new fixture thing since it was not reporter told to me but thanks I won't come back to your service I'll go somewhere else if you repair something for your fixing something and you don't notify the owner of the car about it then you're just as worst off as anybody fixed it from the side that's just my opinion like scammers

They are not the cheapest but less expensive than the dealership and always honest and professional

They turned me around soon after I gave em my diagnosis. I needed an alignment, new engine mounts, and a leak check. Told me to sell the car if I didn't have an attachment to it. Said that the work on the make, year and model of my car was all labor cost and a money dump. It's a 2007 Buick Lucerne CXS v8.with less than 55k. I guess he just didn't want my business.

My car burned through all of its oil after I got it changed at another company and I was downtown and called Grismer. Josh told me he’d take a look at it and got down on the ground to see if the oil plug was intact. He put enough oil in it to get me to another repair shop. His kindness was greatly appreciated and I will return the next time I need an oil change.

Always helpful and honest. I needed a replacement part for my car. Adam did a search and called me to say that i could order it myself and save some money and he would install it. I did just that and it worked out wonderfully. Thank you for saving me some money and thank you for your commitment to customer service.

Everyone I talked to were nice and made sure I knew exactly what was going on at all times, they were not pushy nor did they try to sell anything I didn't need it was a great experience would recommend and will definitely be going back!

I paid 50 dollars for a full synthetic oil but when I asked the employee about the brand name he said its "duramax" I have never heard of it or found any in stores. I would not risk it so I went to another shop to put a "known brand oil" instead of this one.

Please. I would like to have a refund.

Waited till I was crunched for time to get an oil change so of course I was pressed for time. I Called and spoke with Adam. He was friendly, professional, and accommodating. Got me in almost immediately and was great through everything.

This morning I received exceptional customer service from Chris Bowen and staff. An oil change without an appointment and with two kids under two in tow is never a good idea, but Chris went above and beyond to make it as stress-free as possible!

On a Saturday at 2: 30, my tire was shredded by a curb. I called them, they were able to get the tire I needed from another location and get it mounted for me. Amazing service, especially when I thought I'd be out of luck until Monday. The gentleman working at the desk and technician (I apologize; my paperwork isn't with me to check names) were very nice. Thank you so much!

Service is more hit than miss, but pricey.

I never have the money when I unexpectedly have to see a mechanic. Actually, I try to do what I can on my own. But when I need advice, a second opinion and or a they have access to a tool or machine that I don't. They are always considerate, fair and helpful.
