Grismer Tire & Auto Service Center, Fairborn OH

Great service, accommodated me at the end of day almost for an oil change with no appointment. Also, they alerted me to a major repair needed but admitted it wasn't cost effective for me even though they could have done it; I appreciate the honesty.

Had an issue where my oil plug was replaced by a pan saver. Wasn’t told it was a pan saver. I was told that it was just an over sized plug. Originally this was a negative review but the manager called and asked me to come in to look at it. He fixed the issue and made it right. I’ve had a lot of work done on my cars here and would recommend them to anyone. If you have an issue just let them know and they will do what they can.

Their professionalism is absolutely on point, and their customer service is the cherry on top. Shoutout to Nick for helping me with the service today, and like always, it was a pleasant experience, Grismer. Thank you!

They milked me for thousands of dollars over 2 months and left me with no option but to purchase a new car in the end. They also never addressed several of the initial issues for which I brought the vehicle in over the multiple visits.

I did brakes, fuel and air filter on my grandmas car she had a oil change coupon and took her car there for the service and they told her she needed brakes fuel filter and air filter among other thing that had been replaced. Everyone I know that’s taken there car there has complained about things like this hopefully the shop is under new management

Scheduled oil change. 10 minutes after I arrive the power goes out in the entire shopping area. Eric at Grismers offered me a new appoint tomorrow at 10. He is booked up tomorrow, but he made a special effort to accommodate me. Thanks Eric!

Andy and Mario were TERRIFIC! Fastest service ever. I called in a panic a few hours before closing about my dead battery and they got me in and battery replaced in under 30 minutes. Great customer service.

I Trust these guys implicitly. They have always done great work for me. I recently purchased an older Jeep and asked them to give it the “Once-Over”. And they did, telling me everything that needed a little work, and what need it now and what could wait. Great prices too. They really helped me out, and gave me a ton of piece of mind. (Also it doesn’t hurt that a couple guys there are “Jeep guys” and know what to look for!)

The people at Grismer (Rob, Patrick, and Andy) are exceptional professionals. The mechanics are swift and knowledge in all aspects that goes beyond just tires. I recommend them to anyone who in the Dayton area. Thank you gentlemen for your help.

Replaced my alignment pins and the front brake rotors I needed the same day. Great. I took off one star for trying to push a controversial transmission flush on me. What's wrong with a drain and fill? That's what Car Talk recommends and Edmunds too.

Great, dependable service as well as reasonable prices. Always helpful checkups of car status without pushing their mechanical service.

I went there to get prices for new tires for my car. And I have not made up my mind yet, as who is going to get my business. There prices were great.

I can't say enough good things about the Fairborn Grismer location. They go out of their way to help customers in a timely manner, are incredibly polite, informative, and have very competitive pricing. I actually look forward to having my car serviced because I know it will be fixed right the first time and I will be helped by one of the curteous businesses I've ever worked with.

The people we're nice and my car was completely in a timely manner. I had an issue with my tire pressure sensor and they assisted me, buy the light for the sensor only went off for the rest of that day, it came back on and stayed on the following day. It went off again, but is now back on again and hasn't gone off. This was not an issue before, however my engine maintenance light did the same thing. Now it is off and the tire pressure sensor light is on.

Got my truck in and fixed same day. Manager looked for every discount and coupon I was eligible for to bring the price down. Clean shop, good natured friendly service.
