1 Update: They are not wanting to stop payment on my second check - who knows the reason why. Looks like they just want to keep my money from me. So frustrating as NO ONE there seems to want to help.
Lost my apartment that I had put a deposit on due to the fact that the current resident refused to leave. This happened about a month ago.they originally told me that my refund would take up to 30 days, but because I made a stink they sent out my check that week. HOWEVER, they addressed the check to the wrong person and I couldn't deposit my check. So I returned my check two weeks ago and still have not received my new check. They told me that they sent out the check on the 15th, but I still haven't gotten it. I emailed the property manager and left a voicemail for Beth at Gross Residential, but have yet to hear back. I didn't do anything wrong, yet I am the one having to pay for it. Need my money back this week as I had to put another deposit down at another apartment complex. Hoping that this review will speed up the process and I finally get my money.
