3A lot of the staff here is unfriendly. Not at all the kind of service I expected from the YMCA. I worked at the Hilltop Y years ago, and the energy was so much more positive at that location than this one. The lifeguards have made my son cry on two occasions already and I've only been a member for a few months. We love having something to do during the colder months, but for the amount I pay I think my family could feel a little more welcome than we do. Also, the indoor pool is always way too cold to enjoy.
Need people on floor to help you. I quit before because Hot tub always broke. 3rd time going this time and hot tub broke again and they don't know when will be fixed. I will probley end up quitting again. Can go somewhere cheaper that already doesn't have a hot tub.
Love all the classes for seniors especially the beginners pickleball on Friday and Monday
