Guarino's Restaurant, Cleveland OH

Such a negative experience. The man that was in charge was so disrespectful and told us we were not allowed to drink on the patio.and if we wanted to stay we needed to order dinner. Our bill was $170. Why would you kick people out who just spent that kind of money in your restaurant.

Very nice restaurant for lunch with friends, nice atmosphere, very well served dishes and very friendly service. I loved meeting!

First time here and had a great night. Free valet parking lot was awesome due to traffic congestion. Got the stuffed olives and bruschetta apps and both were excellent. The veal parm was good but could have been better with more seasoning. Waitress brought us 1 round of drinks but never offered refills. Other guests in our party loved their entrees. Next time I will try the lasagna.

Beautiful place, Darty dishes, old veggies, salad food and from the microwave. Drink lemonshello was the best drink ever. That worse thing was Pay 100 dollars for the worse food ever! No starts!

We were visiting from Buffalo and wanted REAL Italian food. Mission Accomplished! The food, service and atmosphere was great.

Great food, but the wait staff needs to communicate a little better. We waited over 15 minutes to get anything the last 2 visits. The outdoor patio and food keeps us coming back.

I recently had my birthday dinner at Guarino's and everything was FANTASTIC! The food, the service, the atmosphere - literally everything was perfect. We had a large party too (12 guests) which I know can complicate things but the staff handled everything with urgency, professionalism, and a very warm/friendly attitude. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Very, very busy Friday night, our 7.30 reservations turned into almost 8 o'clock. Eggplant parmesan was awesome but my husband's lasagna was lacking, maybe not heated through? Waitress, host and service people were GREAT. Bar help were a bit slow, but it was busy!

The porch is the best place in Cleveland for Antipasto and a glass of wine. We will be back!

Terrible experience. Had to wait 20 minutes just to be greeted by a server. Ordered four simple lunches (two small pizzas, a salad and a pasta dish) and waited an hour for food to arrive. I had to go find napkins and silverware on my own. It was not busy and did not appear to be understaffed. Not the first time we’ve had this experience here. Won’t be going back.

Given the history of this location I wasn't sure what to expect. The food was decent, but not as good as I was expecting for some dishes decades in the making.

My husband and I were vacationing in Cleveland and had dinner at Guarino’s to celebrate our anniversary. We ordered the veal parmigiana and lasagna. Both were absolutely delicious. The owner and staff went out of their way to make our evening special. We also enjoyed the live piano on the patio. The piano player asked if we had any requests and played our wedding song. It was a very enjoyable evening.
Great atmosphere and food! Highly recommend and definitely will return the next time we are in Cleveland.

Lola was a fantastic server, pleasant and attentive. The Brasciole was incredible. We will be going back.

We ate lunch in the delightful, cool garden on a hot day. Food was delish - so Italian! The gentlemen server allowed us to come through the outside walkway with our walkers. And the valet parking man was super nice, helping us load our walkers into the car. It's such a favorite place and we always take guests there.
