Gus' Italian Grille Xpress, Warren OH

Ordered a few times now. Chicken Florentine pizza has great depth in flavor. Legit cheese burnt just right, greens, crispy crust. Wings super crispy yet not overdone. Great pricing.
I'm convinced any poor reviews are issues of the past.

Omg something has seriously affected the quality! This was the second and final chance. Food cold, hard, bread burnt, I’m so disappointed!

First time trying this place out, me and my coworker both ate THE CARNIVORE pizza and I have to tell you, it was one of the best pizzas I have had in a long time.it was a flatbread pizza the was good, the pizza wasn't soggy like other flatbread pizza, every bite I had a mix of cheese and different types of meat, would recommend this place to everyone who likes pizza.

Definitely not the same as it used to be. The sauce does not have a good flavor and is spicy. The pizza was also burnt looking. Used to be my favorite place for NY style pizza. Will not be ordering again.

I love love love all of the pizza here. Whether it's a specialty gyro pizza or a cheese plain pizza they are all great

Called at 7: 55 for a pick up order tonight and was told they were closing early and could not fulfill my request. I said I thought you closed at 9pm and Melissa said they are closing early. My first order and last. If you are going to close early change your posted hours. Thanks!

I wanted to take a minute and recall my DoorDash review of this restaurant. I initially gave a bad review and want to change it to a good one. Even though the pizza wasn’t visually appealing, it tasted absolutely delicious. We order from Gus’ a lot and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.

I ordered a cheese burger and a regular hamburger (both were supposed to include the meat, lettus, tomato and onions), and Onion Rings, along with 2 slices of cheesecake to be delivered for a total cost of ~ $50.00 incl the tip. The burgers were nothing to cheer about, honestly not any better than a Burger King burger, just far more expensive; the meat was dry, they didn't include any onions and the tomato slice was so small and thin it was as if there was no tomato at all. The onion rings were soggy and instead of the cheesecakes I ordered, I received 2 cupcakes. I called about the missing cheesecakes and the manager did apologize and credit the cost of the cheesecakes back to my card then told me to go ahead and keep the cupcakes for free, assuring me that the cupcakes were fabulous.unfortunately the cupcakes were definitely NOT fabulous, far from it.in fact they were terrible. They had a very "imitation" vanilla flavor that was not at all pleasant and we ended up throwing them away after the 2nd bite. They really were that bad. I'm pretty bummed to have spent that much money and didn't enjoy anything at all from the entire order.
