It’s crazy I had to slam on my brakes because YOUR DRIVER ran a stop sign and almost hit me. This driver right here. Just so y'all are aware. Because if he would have hit me I would have sued your company. GET BETTER DRIVERS!

What a joke of a customer service. (Not surprised because there is no customer service anymore this days, only deception everywhere).
Bought brand new insulated door thru a local installer in the covid era. Door deformed, delaminated within few months. They replaced whole door. Few months later top section defirmed again, they tried claming it was my house position. I am not joking, and my house faces East.offered another type of door which I do not like. Anyways they replaced the top sectio again. And guess what a few months later the top section is bad ahain and they want nothing to do with that since I declined their previous offer of another door in their choice, and my lifetime warranty is no longer walid. But they still sell this same door they claim has problems and can not warranty it anymore. Anyways I was not informed of anything like my warranty will no longer be valid if I decline that other ugly door they offered. All of this was told to me by the local distributor which I think is a decent guy and has nothing to do

I purchased 2 of your garage doors in Renfrew, ON Canada.

The glass (4 panes)   in the two garage doors arrived with stickers affixed to the front of each window and under the metal portion of the garage door making it very difficult to remove.

Obviously these are put on during manufacture of the garage door section and why can these not be removed during assembly? Laziness and poor quality is the answer. Now as the buyer having spent many thousands on your doors I have to spend valuable time of my own trying to find a way to scrape these stickers off from under the frame surrounding the glass. The local supplier told me removing the panes to make the sticker removal easier would invalidate my warranty.

Its terrible customer service to have these doors arrive this way when its so easy remove them during assembly.   Not recommending your product.

I help unload the trailers and sometimes they're unorganized the foam is sticks to everything

This door was installed in May, 2021 with a dent in the upper panel of the door. We notified our builder of the dent, and he passed it on to the door installer. The door installer made excuses but finally came and replaced the panel in July 2022. Immediately after replacing the panel, the door blistered on two panels. We let the builder know in July 2022, and he stated that the door installer was too busy to come back and look at the door. The builder and I made numerous calls to the installer, but he never responded to our calls.
In the beginning of February 2023, the door installer came back and replaced the panels. This hasn't changed my opinion of the door. The lack of our ability to contact Haas door company through the website and Haas Door company's non response to my posting this review tells me that they don't care.

Their truck drivers are insane. This guy laid his horn on for 2 solid miles.
