13Managers are extremely unhelpful and will refuse donations just because their stock is "full" and be totally indifferent to your hard work and generosity.
Bottom line: NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT.
Over-priced. Habitat for humanity is a charity. The people who REALLY need the lower prices that should be offered are getting gouged by a charity! This particular location seems to be the culprit as the other spots have better pricing. The other stores also don't allow the employees to stand around doing nothing.
This review only lends blame to the way they manage this particular CHARITY store.
Come on! Do better!
The items was fine but after paying $450 for just delivery they forgot half the items purchased then switched a rug and almost 3 weeks later they keep giving excuses to change delivery days honestly if we asked for a refund on the items that didn't get delivered along with part of the delivery fee I'm sure we wouldn't get our money back would not recommend this place to anyone unless you had a way to haul items yourself and the same day so they don't resale an item you purchased to someone else
You are not a high end furniture store and your prices reflect that you think you are. I won't come back or donate to it. Wake up your staff to courtesy.
RUGS, TV STANDS, DESK CURTAINS. WE RUN IN AND OUT THIS PLACE ABOUT ONCE OR TWICE A WEEK. YOU WILL FIND A GOOD DEAL.

They have all you need for your home repair. Decorating. And more. Awesome place to find what you need. And more
It really depends what your looking for. It's hit or miss in there. Some things are decently priced but most is expensive.
Today was my second time there & I went in & found exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Cashier was very friendly & accommodating.
Habitat for Humanity in Cheviot is a great place to shop. They have great inventory of new and used cabinets, flooring, appliances, home goods, furniture, hardware and paint supplies, lighting, doors and much more. Great prices. Friendly staff, very helpful.
Wonderful place for finding supplies for home repair and furniture at low prices. Sells anything you can think of from flooring to cabinets to sinks.
Horrible experience.waited 10 minutes for the one cashier to finish with one customer ahead of me, other employees standing, chatting. My item wasn't priced, she went to ask the "chatters", came back with twice H. Depot's! No need to go back there!
