If you’re ever confused or trying find a good and trustworthy home inspector this is the company to go to. They offer online scheduling and you can find the the earliest date for yourself, they also offer services packages for you to choose from affordable to top of the line service, as myself I chose the recommended service which includes termite inspection and radon inspection which is if you use gas for the house. They also let you choose your inspector even though this my second time using any kind of home inspection and my first time using this company I chose Bobbie Jo as my inspector. The inspector and the partners were very knowledgeable and respectful as I followed them around they explained something to me and asked me if I had any concerns with any part of the house. Best part is that they had a thermal imaging and moisture detector to see if there were any leaks in the house were we couldn’t see. By far hands down the best experience I’ve ever had Im glad my realtor referred this company to me

Less than 48 hours after I called, they were on-site to perform the inspection. After every level of the house (including exterior) I was briefed on the findings and recommended resolutions. I’ll be more than happy to look for their assistance with inspections of future properties.

Laura, Jim, and everyone else who we worked with at Habitation Investigation were incredibly helpful during a stressful home buying process. My husband and I contacted them when we were in contract on a home that needed some work. Jim and Laura came out within a few days and were able to give us a ton of useful information about the home. They took their time inspecting the home for several hours, explaining everything they were seeing to me. This gave me great peace of mind as I am a questioner. I learned a ton from them throughout this process. Due to a series of unexpected surprises during our inspection period, and other issues that arose, we decided to terminate our contract ultimately. Because of Habitation Investigation we were able to make an informed decision that was best for us. I’ll forever be grateful for their consultation and we will absolutely be calling them again for our next purchase!

Fantastic service and very easy to use. The scheduling website was very easy to use and was the only contact I had to make during the entire process as the company did everything else. Chris showed up on time and was both professional and knowledgeable. He offered for me to follow him throughout the entire inspection (I declined) and made sure to ask if there was anything I wanted to show or ask him. Our report came that night and radon results came 48 hours later as promised. Chris was very detail oriented and made sure to check everything. This was such a smooth process and I will be sure to use Habitation Investigation again if we move to a new house.
