Hair Force Barbershop & salon reviews
10Can’t beat the service and the quality of both the barbers and the haircuts, Hayden is hands down the best barber!
Sherry was able to fit my son in short notice and gave him the best haircut he’s had in years. We will definitely be back.
Update: we got a last minute appointment with Sheila and she absolutely butchered my sons hairline—and charged the adult cut price for a kids cut.
We started going to hair force a few months ago and love it! Sherry is so nice and quick, which my son appreciates. I love that you can make an appointment instead of just showing up and waiting. I would highly recommend!
Hair cut was not what I asked for. I wanted a high and tight military cut with a bald fade. Basically all skin on sides and back. Slight comb over on top. Comb over on top due to cow lick on front so hair would lay down. Hair was combed forward and cut short. Now its spiked and wont lay down. Wanted a barber and got a butician. Not happy with this experience at all. I gave specific descriptions of what i wanted and expressed that in previous experiences with other barbers I ended up with the same results as todays cut.
Do yourself a favor, go and see Mark. Man just gave me the best haircut I've ever gotten.
My regular place couldn't get me in in time for an event I have this evening, so I decided to try D's. And I'm REALLY glad I did! They got me right in, a couple of quick questions (but not a litany of discussion points detailing my entire hair history), and boom Guli was off and cutting! Cleaned up my beard and my hair quickly and efficiently. Not a ton of chatter (which I appreciate). Finished with a straight razor along my neckline, a hot towel, and a shoulder massage, I was back out the door in about 40min total. Quick, Efficient, Clean, and good cut (passed the spouse test first try!). I'll definitely be back!
Went to Mark and wont go anywhere else. Professional, friendly and extreme attention to detail. Recommended to anyone looking for a fairly priced quality haircut.
I called this place prior to making an appt. I was told that the kind of booking I wanted also included a wash. I get there day of appt a few minutes late because I wasn't feeling well. I had stayed up late for a church event, not realizing how long it would be. Then up way too early the next day. So, I went not feeling well.
No wash, because the bundle didn't include a wash afterall. Which was a blessing in disguise anyway. Also, I can't emphasize this enough. Call and ask if the product you want done has taxes.
I ended up paying for $50 instead of $40. But could be because I came in a few minutes late. I want to say by 5min. Again wasn't feeling good. If anything, if I don't feel well, I will just cancel in the future. But they may charge $10 for going over the 40min mark. Call and ask.
I had Shiela cut my hair. She was super patient with my situation and gave me very neat hair pointers. I found out there's a chunk cut underneath my ponytail that's preventing me from putting my hair into a good bun. We had settled on 1 layer and maybe I moved and that's what caused the short undercut underneath.
Because my hair is already thin, I was considering asking this place if they do hair extensions? May help make my hair fuller anyway. Lol.
Still appreciate the haircut, regardless. Just communicate and ask in advance the questions I failed to ask, and you won't run into any surprises. Would like to come back when I feel better in the future. ️
This place is a bit of a mixed bag. All I want is a simple high and tight and I always end up with a mid fade that has to be corrected. I ask for straight razor every time and a razor has never touched my head in 4 visits. If I wanted just a buzz cut I could go to any chain and pay half as much. It also doesn’t help that one of the barbers rants openly about “old white men” which is some woke prejudicial nonsense.
