While encountering a bit of a "bumpy" road in my initial contact with the Service department, once I was in the shop, the Service employee was AWESOME! He spoke with confidence in his ability, gave us quick friendly service and we knew what the repairs were going to cost and when we could plan on returning for the installation of our part.

Part 2: I've ve owned my Soul for 158,000 miles now. I couldn't ask for a better vehicle. Few problems and still a wonderful ride. I just took it in for a brain box update and one again the staff at Sandusky Halleen Kia was top notch! Thanks for taking good care of my great car!

Originally I had a questionable experience because the service guy but after selling my car to these guys and dealing with both of the brothers that run this place Patrick and David. So professional and kind and empathetic. Very impressed. I will not forget this and I will be buying my next Kia from Halleen in Sandusky.

Took my car in for an oil change today. I arrived at 12: 00 my appointment wasn’t till 12: 30 I told the guy I was early but just wanted to check in and I’ll sit in car with my dog till it’s time, he said I’ll go ahead and take it back. I told him that I didn’t want to stand and wait an extra half hour before they started working on it. He said no we will start right away, I said okay then I’ll get my dog out. He took it back and I wait for an hour! An hour for an oil change!? Seriously! Also, for 40 min of that time I was staring at my car thinking it hadn’t been worked on yet was getting stared at by all the mechanics and they kept laughing at me! Then the guy gets in and pulls it out! Made me stand outside with my dog all that time for nothing when my car was done! I will never go back nor will I refer them to anyone!

Everything went good got me in and got everything done. Was disappointed that I didn’t have a car to use while the work was done but they did get the job done early. Happy with the service

My experience was very positive. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. The sales people were helpful and the finance department seem to really care about the customer and not just trying to sell you products you don’t need.

Service was great.just bought my Kia Soul at another dealership and brought it in for an oil change and inspection. Was in and out in about an hour and they even washed my car.
I plan to use them for all my service needs.
