Hall's Auto Sales Inc, Mansfield OH

I bought a vehicle with them on payments. This car sounded great anybody probably would have bought it honestly. I went Thursday to a mechanic to get it looked at thinking I needed a sway bar link or something. No come to find out the sub frame was broke, the transmission jb welded together along with 2k worth of other work. They were willing to work with me help me etc. I was told I could come Saturday to pick something else so I went in and they showed me a Ford Escape and I told them no due to the size. I have a disabled daughter along with two other kids I need the space they knew that from the very beginning. Well since I didn’t want the escape they told me there were no other options for me because none of their other vehicles have been INSPECTED. Issued me a check and told me not to come back. After being calm and nice about the whole situation I still managed to get screwed with no vehicle.

They shouldn't even get 1 star this place is horrible I have put so much money into the car the gave me and I still owe on the car. Nothing but junk never again will I get a car from them.

Personally the car that my girlfriend got was bad we had to keep putting money into it and everything I wouldn't recommend them to anyone they will sell you a lemon and not even have the time to fix it if you have a problem with it so please everyone don't go to them.

Bought two cars from Halls this month and I am happy with both runs great and if you would have any problems with your car they are happy to help you solve what ever the problem maybe with your car. The staff that work their are nice and very helpful.

Worst place ever! Bought a car Friday and they sold me a junk Ford Focus with the sun roof leaking and the tire system faulty! An brought it to them today for them to fix and they don’t know when I’ll get it back.

Awful business. First two cars we looked at wouldn't start, first car we test drove died while driving it and left us stranded so they had to come jump it. Unprofessional salesman kept calling me and my partner "baby". I don't know how this place gets any business.

I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here but the service I received was great. My best friend did end up purchasing a car here and he's been very happy with it so far.

Put 1500 down on a 2007 Jeep compass had it 3 months and the transmission went out sad they sell junk

Very friendly kevin helped me get into a ride very easily. I highly recommend. This is my 2nd vehicle from the company so yeah highly recommend.
