Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Mason

I made a reservation for July 4th, specifying that I needed to check in between 9 and 10 in the morning. Upon arrival at the hotel, the lady told me you need to coming back at 11am to see if the room is ready, I explained to her if is possible because I needed to carry out some important paperwork, she told me: If it is ready, it will be given, reservations are available between 11am and 3pm. Really? At least a little education and understanding. In the end I lost my money and I had to rent at Tru by Hilton, without any problem the lady understood me and I was able to resolve my situation. This "Hotel", helll nooo

It says online you only need to be 18 to rent a room and we even put our age in during the online booking and we got there and the guy told us we had to be 21 and couldn’t have a parent call and book it for us. We had to leave and find a different hotel and the guy working told us he didn’t know any around you had to be 18 to book and there was one right next door. Will not try to book again. They need to change their age online if they aren’t gonna commit to it.

Nice rooms except the slight musty smell. Service is nice. Breakfast is not worth mentioning. Wrapped muffins, nutrigrain bars, pre-packaged cereal and oatmeal.no cooked breakfast! No microwave in the breakfast area.

The pool was open, it was a grab and go breakfast. However, under the circumstances, the government is still giving out money, hence, hotels are having a hard time getting people to come into work. The customer service was excellent and we had a quiet evening. There are microwaves in the room so we were able to warm up our dinner for breakfast and have a hot breakfast.

We have stayed at this location several times. Never disappointed! Front desk is always helpful and the location is always clean.

Checked in early with my 2 year old son & put our bags in the room to then leave for the day. Came back to our room about 545 to find out we had a family emergency & needed to leave in a hurry. We were in the room for a total of maybe 1 hour. We were told by staff we would receive a full refund. The general manager sally decided that wasn’t going to happen since it was up to her. She even as much as fired the employee who told me I would receive the refund. When speaking to her on the phone she was extremely rude & passive aggressive. She didn’t offer any future discounts or sympathy towards the situation. I will never stay with a Hilton hotel again if this is the way they treat their guests.

The hotel staff was very friendly. It was a very clean environment, especially our room. We used the workout room and the pool and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning.

This was a last minute stop. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Good location. Decent grab and go breakfast options.

This was our first time staying at a hotel since the pandemic started and we felt very safe and comfortable at the Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Mason. Thank you.

Hotel accommodations were fine. They upgraded me based on my Hilton Honors status, so that was great. But the breakfast left much to be desired, even compared to other hotels I've stayed in during the pandemic. I had to go out for breakfast every morning just because the offering here was so poor.

The staff was very welcoming, the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Also, it was very convenient that the room had multiple outlets you could use to plug in your phone cords without having to use your charging box. I would most definitely stay at this hotel again.

The Greeting was on POINT. THE SUITE WAD ALL THE WAY TOGETHER. BED. CLEAN FLUFFY N COMFY. HARD TO GET OUT OF. THE PLACE AS A WHOLE WAS CLEAN. KEPT ELEVATOR SMELLING FRESH N WIPED DOWN CONSISTENTLY. THIS WILL BE MY OVERALL STAY. YES HAMPTON INN AND SUITES.

My family stayed two nights here and every staff member was polite and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean with the softest beds and pillows. Will for sure stay here again!

My family and I stayed at this hotel location this past weekend as we were invited from Texas to play in a soccer tournament. Our daughter took her blanket with her that she had been given by her grandmother when she was born this blanket and my daughter have been through a lot together. I realized the day after getting home that I didn't remember seeing it when I unpacked our bags and called your hotel on Tuesday evening and spoke to Alinda as this is the last location I remember seeing Brooklyn's blanket. Alinda answered the phone and listened to me as I rambled about the situation because of the agony I would be in if I had to tell my daughter that her blanket was never going to be seen again. Alinda's compassion was felt through the phone from 13 hours away. Alinda, went and looked in a couple of places, but advised me to call the next day to see if maybe it was in the GM's office. I called the hotel this morning and spoke with Tolkun and she said "is it the orange blanket" and I was think YES! They found it, but Tolkum said yes, Alinda let me know this morning about your daughter's blanket, and I thought to myself WOW! Alinda worked a night shift and cared enough to relay this information to the next day's staff. WOW! She could have easily brushed it off "like who cares", but she didn't do that. Tolkum, took my information this morning and went floor to floor checking housekeeping carts for my daughters blanket and called me that she was unsuccessful in locating it. We hung up the phone and I was preparing myself to deliver the heartbreaking news to my daughter when my phone rang and it was Tolkum telling me that she had located the blanket in the laundry room and she would ship it home. I am truly blown away by the level of customer service both of these amazing women provided. This blanket means a lot to my daughter and the level of genuine care from them both was absolutely heartfelt.

Professional, friendly manager, Jake. Kind staff, Toqen; Comfortable and extremely clean, spacious rooms. Thank you for all the hard work you all put in to making Hampton a five star hotel. Your welcoming atmosphere has made our stay "a home away from home". This is the perfect location. It is surrounded by shopping centers and fast food chains, and just minutes away from King'Island and so much more. Anyone who stays at this Hampton will not be disappointed. Keep up the great work! Thank you. ️

We got a room on Priceline because we wanted to shop our way home on Friday.
It was such a pleasant stay.
Clean, quiet and courteous and helpful staff.
Would we stay here again? You better believe it! 10+!

Me and my wife stayed here for 1 night and went to Kings Island the next morning, and our stay here was great! It was SUPER clean and extremely comfortable all around. The bathroom was very large and spacious. We have another booking here next weekend and are definitely looking forward to it. These people do it right.
