Han Chinese Kabob & Grill, Cleveland OH

The only Chinese restaurant i’ll eat from, the flavor and quality every time i have been have been fantastic.i always order the orange chicken and crab rangoon, i highly suggest ordering these items.i live in rocky river and have my husband take me on sundays.i’d say 10/10 every time.

Was super excited to try this restaurant as the reviews are really great overall. We like to try a variety of things and bring home the extras so I feel like we tried a lot! Started off with the hot and sour soup. This was overall the best item we had! The flavor was perfect as was the consistency and texture of vegetables and tofu. Then we shared a spring roll order and crab Rangoon. Both “good”, not better than average. If anything, they both were excessively greasy. To be fair, they are both a fried item, so perhaps being too critical. I thought the spring rolls were nice, but the inside was all mushy. Just an odd texture. The crab Rangoon tasted very good but a lot of extra grease taste. Couldn’t eat the edges, just the center.

My son had the sesame chicken. Tasted like a sweet and sour chicken. Pretty disappointed. In fact he didn’t even eat it at all. I had the bok choy with shiitake mushrooms and that was very good.

We took an order of beef with rice noodles home for another person later and that tastes absolutely awful. Perhaps a bad idea for a to go item? The meat is gelatinous and the noodles are like a paste. Honestly will throw it away. Last item we tired and almost forgot was the beef kabob. Since kabob is in the name of restaurant, thought it would be a must try! Again, no good. The meat has a jelly like texture. And the flavor was very peppery. Forced myself to eat one.
I probably won’t come back, as there are so many others to try. Not a bad experience, I just think you need to read reviews to know what to order. This order came to $89 plus tip.

I will say they were very kind and the service was very good. Parking can be difficult as there are 4 businesses in this small plaza but I believe you can park on the side streets too.there was one handicapped spot in the lot. See pics of everything.

I went to this restaurant on 12/15/2022. My Cantonese friend recommended me to go there. My husband and I invited my friend for lunch. I ordered four traditional Chinese food, and one of the two ladies working that day gave us one small bowl of rice. Because my friend already put his chopsticks in the rice, I asked the lady to give us another bowl of rice. She was very unhappy and said once you guys finish this bowl then ask us for another bowl. The same time another lady came and said same thing that we should not ask for another bowl of rice. Those two ladies said how could you guys be able to finish this bowl of rice we gave to you already?

What? This tiny bowl of rice which even was not enough for me just one person? We had three people that day. This was the first time I was told that I can't ask for rice in an Chinese restaurant.
My husband and my friends don't speak English, but they could feel they were treated unfriendly. They found a hair in the food which made me feel bad. Never come back again.

Terrible experience. My down jacket got stained with chili oil by the waitress. Totally disappointed

This place is insanely good and authentic! We have been here several times and it's always fantastic!

Love the chicken king pao! And the garlic string beans. Very authentic tasty flavorful food. Highly recommend.

I love this place. We had them provide wontons in chili oil and cucumber salads for our wedding. But honestly everything we've had here is just fantastic. They helped make the day magical and delicious.

Also try ordering something you're not expecting sometime. We tried the stir fried corn the other day and were blown away with how good it was too. Yum!

Wish I could give zero stars. Asked for Lamb Kebab and Lamb Fried Rice, gave Me pork (to go order) came home and saw it wasnt lamb. They Took personal offense that I didn't eat pork and purposely did this. Didn't even bother calling them as I know I'm not getting anything back.

Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. General Tso”s chicken and an order of vegetable fried rice, amazing. Definitely will be back. Only downside was no substitutions for fried rice with the chicken. Only offered a large full price order of the rice. Still worth it though.

Love this place. Great Northern and Szechuan cuisine. Friendly staff. Best chili oil. I think the bad reviews are from high maintenance, awkward people. I've been here multiple times and never had any issues.

Wonderful place to eat, great. No phenomenal food. Staff are friendly but straight forward. Prices have increased, same as everywhere, but the quality is still worth the price.

I've tried alot of Chinese restaurants in town. Han's has to be the best Chinese cuisine in Cleveland period. Always very fresh and well prepared. The staff is very friendly and hospitable!

Horible! Horrible! I came in alone. No one ever approached me to offer a menu. Was siting ther for 10 min with nothing. Wile I was waiting ther was another 2 Asian guys that entered the restaurant and were handed a menu immediately. I just got up and left. If your not Asian, don't expect to get good or any service at this place.

Most of our dishes were salty
The haung sue beef noodle soup barely had any meat, mostly noodles and tripe.
It was okay.
