Wen't back last night and had a much better experience - so i'll bump it a star.really glad the person taking my order was nice polite and didn't give me a hard time.

Handel's is definitely one of the top ice cream shops in Cleveland. The coconut ice cream I had here is the best till date! I am looking forward to trying all their flavours in the near future.

Best ice cream in Northeastern Ohio and that's saying something as NE Ohio is an outstanding area for ice cream. Plenty of flavors and the ice cream is neither too hard nor too soft. Our No. One go to for ice cream.

Never have any flavors. Just the typical boring ones. I will have a list of 6 flavors just in case when I call and I am always told "we don't have that one. " Other stores have more flavor options. This one is not good!

The staff was friendly and helpful and the ice cream was sooo good! They even had my dad's favorite orange pineapple!

Store employees walked around with a spoon trying the different ice cream‘s as I was waiting at the window for five minutes. I’m a doordasher and will never go here for myself after seeing that. Discusting. Didn’t even use a cup

Always fresh ice cream and you can get yhe babies a infant vanilla soft serve ice cream cone for free and it's just the right size for the little ones.

Great ice cream but hard to see flavor choices on small window menu. Should make bigger n place higher. Mobs of people around the window always obstruct view.

I'm not sure if you guys may be aware but the chocolate cake batter was removed from the menu. Was really looking forward to ordering this after I saw it was added

My husband and I just stopped at Handel’s before our golf game and we’re greeted and taken care of by Anthony. Anthony was by far the most polite, genuine, and respectful young man I have ever met. Not to mention he makes the most delicious lemonade. We will definitely be back and hope to see this young man again! Handel’s you get an A+ for the employees you hire. So impressed. The world needs more workers like Anthony.

Very good local ice cream shop. If you're in the area, I recommend stopping for a taste. So far my favorite is the salted caramel.

There is limited outdoor seating during the cold weather, but plenty of room to stand around, until it gets warmer and Handel's get busy.

Single dip cone had so much ice cream in it that wasn't able to eat it before it melted and ran down my hands. I could only eat about 10% of the ice cream. Next time, I'll just order a dish, and a cone. That way, I'll get to eat it, instead of having to throw it in the trash!

Best ice cream ever! I grew up in in the Youngstown area and Handles was a popular place, because it was the best. My husband and I were so happy when they moved into the area. Try it you will LOVE it!

It's OK. I come from the place of good ol Blue Bell ice cream. Maybe I was just spoiled but I've ice cream single scoops were only $1 and even in the "trendy" areas you could get them at $2 and change. I was shocked how over priced they are. It was busy with tons of high school kids and families. The lines where long but it was a nice day. Employee who attended us was friendly and attentive. Overall they do have an extensive flavor in their menu. Ice cream was good, not overly sweet. Just be prepared to pay combo like price for that sundae if you go.

My first time their this weekend and it was delicious I need low sugar and the no sugar added moose tracks did not dissapointed! I'll be back this weekend lol

Amazing home made ice cream! Excellent service with a smile. Always well staffed so the line moves quick. Be sure to stop, their everything is superb!

Black raspberry is now my favorite ice cream! The icecream is so good people are lining up and waiting in the cold rain!

Really sad as I saw it was recently added on doordash but my favorite flavor (chocolate cake batter) is not on there. Was very excited to see it added on doordash but cannot order my favorite flavor.
