This funeral home showed compassion, caring and kindness at a difficult time. They went above and beyond their duties. They really showed compassion for our loved ones needs. I would recommend their services highly. A great group of people. They made a difficult time bearable. Thanks again for helping our family.

Thank you to Doug Wise and staff for the beautiful services, and extra personal touches, we received for my mother's funeral. Everything was perfect from the extraordinary flowers, to the beautiful graveside services with the dove, and for being so caring and helpful. I highly recommend their services.

We were treated with kindness, caring and respect. We were asked questions about our loved one so they were better able to understand what we wanted in a service. The celebration of life for Doug was just perfect. I highly recommend them for anyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one.

Had a terrible experience With them Concerning the date Being put on the stone, Originally we had the contract for For her To be Cremated But then later switched to A burial, The mortician forgot to put The engraving On the stone And we didn't find How about it until a year later after being told that it would be done, They refuse to Do the Engraving Because of their mistake making us pay for their mistake. This was very Heartbreaking. To to know that my mom isn't being taking care properly.

Jamie and Amber took EXCELLENT care of my family after my grandfather unexpectedly passed away. It was so comforting to know that we were in such good hands! P. S.ask for their dog, Jäger, to be there as support! Especially if there will be kids attending ;)

I can’t express how grateful I am for Jamie Sizemore and Amber through our entire process of loosing my father. They were more than compassionate and accommodating to my family. They truly went above and beyond for our family! From the initial loss of dad, to making arrangements, and during the visitation/funeral they made sure we had everything we needed. They continued to check on us to see if there was anything else we needed. They were very upfront about everything and made sure there were no surprise cost/fees, etc.for our family. They provided nice tokens of appreciation to our family we knew nothing about and keepsakes of dad. The funeral home was absolutely beautiful and comforting during a very difficult time. This is the third funeral I have planned and by far the best funeral home to work with! I could go on and on about how happy and pleased we were with them. No one wants to loose a loved one, but when having to go through this process, I wouldn’t choose another funeral home to help my family! Thanks a million, you guys we are truly amazing and helped ease the pain and heart ache! Forever grateful to you guys!

I found the staff to be very professional yet showed compassion. My phone calls to them were many, yet they were very patient and met my every need.

The services were first class and the people were even better. The entire staff made us feel like we were the only people that mattered at a time of genuine loss. We couldn't have made it through this process without the help of such wonderful people and great professionals. They are my first choice in this time of need. And, no team can succeed without a leader. Pat Orians is a man of great patience, humor, and understanding. He's a difference maker in this industry and a consummate professional.

The people were very nice, but there is a few things that we definitely were not satisfied with. First was not satisfied how my mom looked. She didn't look like herself. Was very disappointed with that. Also before we were even out of the room discussing the final details of the burial, my husband got a phone call (a one call from church) giving the details of the funeral. Was not happy about that. Also dont know who picked the pictures n the memory book, was not happy with them
Was not even told or asked about pictures being n the book either. We wondered who picked them out. And another thing Rev. Denny Hunter was given and read the wrong (unfinished) version of the obituary at the funeral. I guess I thought that the funeral home people were supposed to make sure we covered everything because we r in such an emotional state at that time we dont think of everything. Oh and another thing we didn't go over the thank u cards either and we were not pleased with them. U all were very nice but for further reference u need to go over everything throughly more than once or twice.

Sincerely Sharon Thompson
