Hans' Freightliner of Cleveland

Very friendly staff, wasted all day trying to fix a problems with no fix, had to get truck towed to Freightliner in Springfield, MO to get it fixed in a timely manner.

Our 2 day shipping turned into 3 days almost 4 day shipping. Very poor customer service. Bruce Underhill said he doesnt want our business because we were upset and demanding our full money back. They processed the order late and we had to over night parts from the same warehouse they ordered from through Velocity Truck Centers. Our overnighted parts, ordered 2 days after we ordered from Hans Freightliner, still got to our business the very next morning before the Hans Freightliner order arrived late that afternoon. Seems like they make money on their 20% restocking fee and late deliveries watch out for their scam to make money of you returning parts that arrive too late! If you have time to wait their online ordering was very easy and they have fair pricing, just be prepared to be waiting for your order. Velocity Frightliner Truck Centers got us our parts when Hans could not and are truck was up and running by the time we got our order from Hans.

There fast service was excellent and they are pros in the parts division fast and efficient and extremely friendly atmosphere was unbelievably great for my business thank u all of u at hans freightliner I will be using your service always there delivery driver john was very friendly with me and co workers and on time.

Fast service at a reasonable price on our diesel motor home. Service cost $500 less than what was quoted at General RV. Will use Hans for all future service.

Hans must be doing something good for This place is always busy- which is a good sign for any business.

Only good for parts, ask for Hawk or Bruce very knowledgable. Their service dept is a rip off, they will milk you dry. 5 consecutive visits to fix AC, each time something new and all charged for.

Great Parts Department! They are highly knowledgeable about their products. Customer service is great. Especially John that works afternoons! We are their long time customer and very pleased doing business with them. We used their service department once, and were very happy with the work performed.
